“I liked the crew, their completeness of the job, and thoroughness of the job. It was for encasement of a crawlspace. I'd give them an A+. I would absolutely recommend them.”

“They took time to educate us and they were prompt timely. We felt confident in the work that they did. They replaced and upgraded our sump pump and fixed some cracks in the basement where we were getting water. I would grade them an A+”

“They were pretty efficient. They did waterproofing and foundation repair for me. Overall, I'd give them an A.”

“They seemed like pretty decent people, but as far as I know they do pretty good work. They did some foundation repair and they encapsulated it. I would grade them an A. Well they did leave some foam on the outside, which isn't a big deal I would chip it off myself. Those guys were hilarious.”

“They were on time and they did the job like they said they were going to. They were re-installing our sump pump. I would grade them an A.”

“They did the job. They did waterproofing for me. I would grade the overall experience with an A. They did good.”

“I liked that they came out when they said they would; they finished the job, and they were out of here. They did waterproofing for me. I had two cracks in my crawl space. I would grade the overall experience with an A.”

“Crack Attack Team did waterproofing in a couple of spots. I even called them back to install sump pumps and a battery backup, and they did a fine job with that as well. They dug out a part of the wall inside the basement, waterproofed that, and then took care of the drain going to the sewer. I'm very happy with it. I would grade them an A+, definitely.”

“They repaired a leak in my basement wall. The guy was nice and neat and got the work done really quickly. They definitely earned an A+.”

“I had two locations that had a lot of water seepage because the older buildings didn't have proper pipe drainage in the ground, so they redid all the basement areas. They did two crawl spaces, the basement, and then put in a sump pump. They get an A+.”

“It was excellent, and I have recommended Crack Attack Team.”

“That was a while ago. I had a positive experience with them. It was excellent with no complaints and I would recommend them.”

“I had a positive experience. They're excellent, no complaints.”

“Their work is excellent, I have no complaints, and I'm 100 percent to recommend them.”

“They were fixing cracks. The cracks were leaking. It was waterproofing. They got the thing done, it works. It even rained afterward and no water. They get an A+ from me. They cleaned up after themselves very well.”

“They repaired a crack in the basement wall. I really liked that they put a sticker on the crack because our basement is finished, so it was a previous crack that had failed. The previous owners had the crack repaired, but we didn't know who did it. So when Crack Attack came out, they fixed it and put one of their stickers on it. We actually have moved out of that house, I don't foresee anything happening, but if it did, they know who did the repairs and who to contact. I thought that was nice. I would say A+.”

“They sealed some cracks I had in the cement in the basement. They were very pleasant and very professional. I'd give them A+ grade.”

“We had some cracks in the foundation, and there was a lot of leaking and flooding. They had to come back two or three times to take care of the problem, but they were always prompt and called me right back. They did a great job. They followed up with the homeowners. They were respectful of the property and really good to work with. I'd give them an A+ rating.”

“They'll probably do more work for us. We had estimates for a few different things, but initially, they redid some concrete before and into the garage wall where it was cracked and separated. So they took out part of the old concrete and then put in a new. They seemed very professional and knew what they were doing. I'd grade them A-.”

“We had a crack so they kind of sealed it. I mean, they were efficient. I would give them an A.”

“I had a crack in the crawlspace. They get an A.”

“They were filling some cracks by windows. They were pretty easy to deal with in terms of scheduling. I'd grade it an A-. Something like that takes a while to know if it really worked.”

“There was a crack downstairs in my basement that they were filling. They were pretty good to talk to and good with explaining what they were doing. I would say an A grade. They were pretty good.”

“They were filling cracks. They deserve an A grade.”

“It started out being kind of a consulting job, explaining where the leaks might be, and stuff of that nature. They gave us a couple ideas of where they thought the problems were and we took it from there. We followed where they pointed us to and as it turns out, they had the right answers. They didn't have to really tear off the wall or do anything to the basement, so I give them credit for that. They could have said, 'Oh yeah, we need to start doing this, that, and everything else.' But they were very good in terms of saying maybe there's not a problem there at the wall, maybe it's someplace else. So they didn't actually do a job. It was more of an inspection. I'd give them an A grade. This is the second time I've used them.”

“They were patching a crack in the basement, the foundation wall. That was kind of sort of waterproofing, because we had a little bit of water coming through. The technician that did it was pretty accommodating. The person who came out to give the estimate saw that there was a little bit of water leaking through the crack at the time, which had been going on for a while, and he said that that wouldn't be an issue to patch. Then the technician saw that it would be, but he was willing to work with me to figure out a solution, as opposed to stop working entirely. So it was good. Overall, I would definitely give them an A. I have no complaints there at all. I would definitely recommend them.”

“It was pretty quick and efficient. I'd say an A.”

“I had a positive experience. Excellent, I would recommend them.”

“They were very prompt in coming out to do the service. They explained everything that they did, and he did the job on time and as promised. We have not had a recurrence of the issue. They did our basement ceiling for us. We had some superficial cracks in the walls, and Crack Attack Team injected the ones that were actually actively leaking. I'd grade them with an A.”

“Everything was fine. They came on time. It was a small job, but they did what they were supposed to do, so everything was good. I had five cracks that they took care of. They're an A+ service.”

“The service they provided was a good service, and we haven't had any problems ever since with the water coming out. We had a couple of exterior foundation cracks that they sealed up. We previously had water coming into the home. We had some really hard rains afterward, and we haven't had any water come in. That's A+ work.”

“I liked that the crack they fixed didn't leak again. They fixed a foundation crack and did an A-rate job.”

“It was good—my experience with Crack Attack Team was fine. They came out in a timely fashion, even though they were really busy with the storm. Then, they had one more week after the estimate, and they came out right away and fixed it. They fixed some cracks on the wall and one on the floor. They get an A from me.”

“We have checked a couple of times, and the basement looks OK. We haven't checked for a little while, so we have to go down there and make a point of it, but we haven't noticed some leaking where it was. So far, it's good. We had a crack going along the wall of the basement, from the top to the bottom. It was a vertical crack, and then there was another crack on the other side that they filled up somehow. Crack Attack Team made it stop leaking. They earned an A from me.”

“So far, it hasn't leaked, but we haven't gotten any rain. They were punctual, and they cleaned up after themselves. They did it in the time they said they were going to do it in. They fixed one crack in my basement. They get an A.”

“I liked that the people from Crack Attack Team followed the schedule. I had no problems. They came when they promised, so everything was really good. I had a good experience with them. We had some cracks on the inside, so basically, they made holes, placed staples, and sealed up the holes with some material for waterproofing. I'd give them an A.”

“Crack Attack Team did the job. They did crack repair, and it was A-grade work.”

“I liked that they explained everything very thoroughly, gave me different options, and came out right away to fix the problem. They were very thorough. They sealed five cracks, and they sealed around the pipe that comes in, the sewer pipe that we have. There was a leak around there, so they sealed that. I'd call them an A-rate service.”

“The people from Crack Attack Team were very attentive and knowledgeable. They gave prompt service. They were very friendly with good follow-through. They did our interior drain tile as well as replace a sump pump. I'd give them an A.”

“They were great. I just thought it looked like very thorough work, and the technician was very professional and cleaned up very well. They put concrete around the sewer line that exits my home that would leak a small amount of water with heavy rain. They basically sealed a portion of the basement. They get an A in by book.”

“Crack Attack Team did a great job. They did everything they said they were going to do quickly, actively, and efficiently. They did crack repairs in my basement and replaced sump discharge. It was A-grade work.”

“I liked that they came out and gave a good estimate. The guy was prompt, very friendly, and very courteous with the estimate. When the technician came out, he was very friendly. According to my wife, she was comfortable around them. Then, they came out the second time to fix it after it leaked. They told me it might because it was a pretty bad leak when they fixed it, so it's not like it was their fault. They repaired the crack in the foundation, leaking and currently leaking. I would give them an A.”

“It was easy. The job was straightforward. One gentleman came out, and then the technician came out and did the job. It was pretty easy. We had some leaking around where the sewer line goes out to the basement wall. They did grade-A work.”

“So far, so good. I liked that they were quick, fast, and direct to the point. They repaired a pretty serious crack in the wall of the basement with their process, with the injection that they used. I would give them an A because I'm going to use them again for something else.”

“They ripped up concrete and put in what I want to call drain tiles. It was rock—pea gravel—and a couple sump pumps to keep water from seeping into the house. Their whole team was extremely professional, and they did everything they could to keep the house clean, even though they were jackhammering cement. I have already recommended them to other people. I'd give them an A+.”

“They worked at my parents' house, and they did a great job. There were maybe three cracks in their basement, so Crack Attack Team filled the holes with epoxy and cleaned up after themselves. They did a fabulous job. There have been no water leaks or anything like that since they were out there. They were very professional on the phone, and they were always on time. They actually came out twice; one time, it was raining outside, and they couldn't fill the hole because the epoxy wouldn't stick, but that was not their fault—it just started raining, so it was bad timing. I have nothing bad to say about these guys. They did a very good job, and I would definitely recommend them. They earned an A.”

“I have a finished basement, and the rug was wet. There was a slough outside the foundation. A man came out, and I said, 'I want this fixed.' A week later, they came out, dug a hole, and tarred it; they put the fascia, drain tile, and that sort of thing on there; then, they put the dirt back. It's been raining in Chicago, and I have gotten no water. They said they'd fix it with a lifetime warranty, and that was it. He was a very polite guy, and he knew what he was talking about. I would recommend them and use them again. I'd give them an A for their excellent job.”

“I had a crack that never leaked, but it was getting bigger, and I thought that having it repaired before it did start leaking would be the best way to take care of it, so that's what we did. Everything went fine. I liked the fact that Crack Attack really explained everything and told us what to do. My son came over to talk to them, too—he had a leaking crack in his basement and was going to give them a call. I would give them an A.”

“They fixed the crack on the foundation wall. I've had water up the side of my foundation from the creek next door, and no water leaked in, so I guess they did a good job. They did a fine, A+ job. They were here on time and the whole nine yards. They fixed it, and then they were out of here.”

“Crack Attack Team was good. Their work was good—we haven't had the opportunity to test it because we haven't had any flooding, but it seems fine. They did some minor patching on the foundation. Everything was fine. It was a small job, but I'd say they earned an A.”

“Crack Attack got rid of cracks in our basement. We were getting water when it rained, and the basement had flooded; it was a lot of rain, and usually, we got a puddle or something. They filled the crack. I didn't hear any complaints from my parents. They were nice, and the work was fine. I would give them an A rating because we didn't have any problems at all.”

“They sealed a small leak in our basement. They drilled into the wall, sprayed in whatever seal they use, and sealed it up, and it's been fine ever since. They were fine—I didn't have any complaints about their work, and I'd use them again if I had to. I would recommend them. They're an A.”

“Crack Attack Team had a fast turnaround. They fixed a basement leak and two potential leaks. I didn't have to call them back to fix any problems after the work was completed. I'd give them an A grade, and I would recommend them.”

“We used them for a fix we had to have done. They scheduled it, and they got out. They were pretty busy at that time, but they were close. It was a foundation crack. In heavy rains, we were having a problem with water coming in, and since we have a finished basement, they had to get that done quickly. I read about their method of fixing cracks. I went with them because they could get here faster than another company. I didn't have to call them back, because there were no problems—they were fine. They would be good people to call if someone had a problem. I would give them an A.”

“It was fine; it was good. They fixed a crack in the wall. They did what they said and what I expected, and it's not leaking anymore. They were OK. They were good. I would recommend them, and I would rate them as an A.”

“I had some cracks in the foundation, and they dug down and sealed them up for me to prevent water from coming in. They were very knowledgeable, and they fixed the problem exactly as I had expected that they would. Crack Attack gets an A.”

“They did what they said they were going to do. They did basement waterproofing. I had to call them back after the work was completed, but they responded fine—they took care of it. I've just had seepage over the years. I would recommend them; I would say they get an A grade.”

“We haven't had any leaks. I called them because there was a crack in the foundation, but it's not leaking anymore. Everything turned out fine. They were hired by my contractor, and I would grade Crack Attack Team an A because I have no complaints.”

“They sealed a crack in the crawl space, and then they put in a new sump pump. I wasn't at the house when the service was done, but my friend was. They were there at the time they were supposed to be. I would recommend the company to other people—I would probably give them an A.”

“Crack Attack did quality work. They put drain tile in the crawl space, concreted it, and put up a water barrier all the around. Then, they came in and sprayed foam insulation. The communication was good—they stayed in touch, and I liked that. We were recommended there from a friend who had used their services. I would recommend them, and I would definitely give them an A.”

“Crack Attack Team changed the sump pump. It was professional, and he explained things to me. I would give them an A.”

“They did some sort of basement waterproofing system; they didn't install any pumps—it was just waterproofing. It worked out well. They just came in, got it done, and got out, so it worked out well. Service-wise, I would give them an A rating.”

“They installed drain tiles around three sides of the inside of my basement, and they installed a sump pump. They also took out my old window well on the outside of the house and put in a new one. I haven't had a chance to test their work yet, but they came when they said they would and did the work they said they would do. When I found some things that weren't done correctly, they came and fixed them right away. I thought their professionalism was very good. So far, I would recommend them, and I would give them an A.”

“They dug up around a section of my finished basement and waterproofed it. It didn't work, so they came back and redid it, and it did. They were very nice, polite, and professional, and they worked hard. It's always very impressive when somebody stands behind their work, and they worked under really tough conditions. It was snowing the first time—that was brutal; they said that contributed to why the waterproofing didn't work the first time. I would give them an A, and I would use them again. I would recommend them, too. They were very good.”

“I've used them for two different projects besides my own. I used them in my house four years ago during a flood situation, when both sides of my house had cracked. They did the foundation where the wall had cracks in it, and it was like six feet tall. Then, I hired them again. It's guaranteed for life; if it leaks, I'll be calling Matthew. They took care of my previous employer's property; they did a wall of his house, and so far, so good. We've been very pleased, so we keep using them—we keep them busy. Their work stands out. They're clean, and they do their work. They make a little bit of a mess, but they clean it up themselves. They're just professional. They show up on time, too. I would give them an A grade because they do excellent work.”

“They did some trenching. I had a little water seepage in the lower level of my house, which had carpet—there was water coming up through the carpet. They tunneled a drain and put in a sump pump on that side of the house. The guys were really nice. The only thing I had an issue with was that it was raining, and when they left, I noticed a lot of concrete dust and footprints on my front porch. I called them back, and Matt, the guy I was dealing with, had a couple of guys come out to hose off and clean up the deck. I was pleased. I wasn't happy that it happened in the first place, but they did resolve it, which was cool. The house was for sale, and I was worried that the footprints trudging through may have been a detriment. When they came out and cleaned it, though, I was really happy. They attended to it very quickly, too, so my experience with them was very good. Based on the fact that they came back out and fixed it, I'd give them an A.”

“I used Crack Attack Team, and they did quality work for me. They fixed a crack, and they installed a sump pump with a battery backup. I think they did a very good job. I recommended them to one of my friends, and I think they did a good job there as well. They get the best score—A+.”

“Crack Attack repaired our cracked foundation, and it hasn't leaked. The technician was perfectly polite and acceptable. I didn't have to call them back for anything after the work was completed. I'd recommend them, and I would rate them as an A+.”

“Crack Attack did quality work. They put drain tiles in my crawl space and then installed a sump pump. The workers seemed happy and friendly—they seemed to enjoy their work even though they were in a three-and-a-half-foot crawl space digging, using a jackhammer, getting all muddy, and everything else. They were very efficient and timely, too. It's an A+ for them.”

“They were very professional. They worked hard and got the job done when they said they would. They put in a sump pump and some dimple board. I didn't have to call them back because of any problems. I chose them because my son's friend had something done by them, I believe. If someone asked me about Crack Attack Team, I'd say to call them—they're A+.”

“Crack Attack did quality work. They replaced two sump pump tips, put sealed tops on them, and reconnected all the discharged sides. They showed up on time, they did the job, and they cleaned up—I couldn't ask for anything more than that. I would recommend them. They earned an A grade.”

“Crack Attack did quality work, and we were very happy. We had a crack that had been leaking water for a long time, so we called them up. The gentleman who came was very friendly and very pleasant, and he came on time. He went in the basement, opened up the crack, and did what he had to do. He put his epoxy stuff in there and explained everything he was doing. He did his job, and everything's good—there's no more leaking. They get an A.”

“Crack Attack Team was good. They put in interior drain tile. I had some follow-up things to do, and they were really easy to work with. I've recommended them to other people. I'd give them an A for sure.”

“It went very smoothly with Crack Attack Team. They arrived on time and finished the job promptly. They installed a drain tile, and they answered all our questions. I would rate them an A.”

“I was very, very pleased with Crack Attack. They came in, did their work quickly, and cleaned up. I had three holes in my foundation filled with epoxy, and then they filled that over with something else. It sealed the problem, and so far—knock on wood—I've had no more water enter. I chose them because they were recommended to me by a friend. I would rate them an A.”

“They did a really good job on some injection work in foundation cracks. They did very thorough, clean work. They cleaned up after themselves, too. I haven't had to call them back for anything—it's been solid. I'd give them an A rating because there's been no leakage or further cracking. It's only been a year, but so far, so good.”
