“my cellar has stayed dry despite very wet weather and a high water table. Their inground pump with battery backup is strong and moves out a lot of water. Recommend if you struggle with a wet basement. Much better that other pumps. Certainly not cheap but was worth it for me.”

“I totally recommend this Company to anyone and everyone having mold problems. The DryZone Basement sump-pump system has totally taken care of my mold problem in the basement. The humidity has been reduced to a low level. Prior to having this work done I hated going into the basement. Now the basement is very comfortable. I'm able to exercise and do some hobbies there. My sister-in-law recommended this Company and system to me and she was right. I couldn't be happier or more relieved with getting rid of the mold.”

“My initial interaction with this company was very pleasant. I decided to proceed with their proposed basement waterproofing (french drain and sump pump install) work because of how professional my initial consultant was. Unfortunately this is where the professionalism ended. Concrete dust (silica) covered every square inch of my house during and after work was performed. The basement (where work was performed) was the worst area. All of our storage items were coated with a thick layer of concrete dust. I work in construction and am rarely bothered by construction debris but the lack of care taken to at least reduce dust was frustrating. My personal items in the work area were clearly not covered/protected and judging by the amount of dust that made its way into our living area, I’m assuming air filtration wasn’t used. I had no intention of leaving a bad review as I fully understand how detrimental this can be to a company but my lack of customer support from the office and now the email request for a review have changed my mind. I hope my bad experience is uncommon.”
