“I appreciate the sales rep (Mark) having to deal with the previous home owners that were here when he first met with me before we purchased the home. Once I decided to proceed with doing the repairs I called back and started scheduling to have the work done. I also appreciate him help moving the process along but he was almost "pushy" and I only mention that because after the job was complete he never reached back out to me to see if I was happy with the work,. So when the crew showed up they had a completely empty and clean 2 car garage to "dato" out some cracks and fill them back in with some fancy concrete. Well, I would have thought they would have had some fancy concrete saw and a vacuum to suck up the dust,. But no, just an angle grinder with a diamond blade and a fan to blow out the dust.,.(which of course leaves concrete dust everywhere). And the work was as.good as I could have done, nothing fancy just instead of cracks in the floor I now have big ugly cracks in the floor with rough unfinished .concrete”

“Ken Tortorello was very articulate in explaining the process and procedures to remediate the foundation seepage during heavy rains. The installation team took all precautions to keep the dust and debris contained and throughly cleaned the area when finished. Ken and the installers where professional at all times.
