“The individual that came out to give me the estimate was very professional and told me exactly what he was going to do. I was more than happy with the estimate, as I thought it was going to be more. They came to do the job in a couple of weeks as they said and completed it in one day. Everything was cleaned up, looked as good as new when they left, and I was very happy with the way it turned out.”

“The crew who initially came out did an inadequate job. When my general contractor reviewed it, they found a number of deficiencies. The rep I initially met who did the inspection had to send the crew back to make it right. That was good that they came back immediately to fix it, but it caused a delay in my sequence of events. We couldn't move forward until the waterproofing was done. That costs some time. That was disturbing, but they got right on it, which was good.”
