“I would recommend that you make sure that when David comes for the estimate, he looks at everything. He didn't take the plastic off the ceiling when he did the estimate, so when the workers came, they didn't realize they needed a double ceiling. They didn't have the appliances moved out, so most of the corners in the ceiling are not smooth because they couldn't really reach that far. To paint the room they just moved things around a little bit. It just didn't seem like a very good job the way they did it.”

“The clean--up team was impressive. The approach to restoration was disjointed and not always what I hoped for. In the end, it all came out satisfactorily, but 1) the carpet firm that I met with to select the replacement was not the one that did the job (the change in the vendor happened without me receiving notice), & 2) the carpet layers tore the plywood on one side of the hollow door to them closet. The repair to the door was made without replacing the door & without the contract staff introducing themselves to me to let me know about the approach they planned to take.”
