The bathroom floors, the padding of the rug, and the hardwood floors were soaked. They dried that out and put the hallway floor down flat. They dried down to the subfloor and the tile, so it had to be ripped out. We're having the whole bathroom redone. It needed to be redone anyway, but we weren't expecting to do that quite as soon. I would rate them high. I'd give them an A. They did have the drying machine for about a week, but they dried things out, so they did what they needed to do.”

When they came to pick up an Oriental rug that got soaking wet, I let them take a look around to see if the places that got wet were dry. They were referred to me by the property manager. I didn't know that it was leaking, and when the water accumulated on the slab of my floor, it started spreading underneath my wooden floors, so they had to come and pull up all my floors, dry up all the water damage, and take out all the damaged flooring. I would say they're an A. They set up all the equipment, came to check the equipment every day, and took measurements of the moisture levels. It was a great job that they did.”

They go around and take measures, and then they find out where you need to dry out, and they find out when it's properly dried. That's mainly what they did. I talked to the insurance representative, and they recommended Property Damage Restoration. I highly recommend them. My experience could be graded as an A.”

Obviously, it had been leaking for a while because by the time we discovered it, it had done a lot of damage.
