“They did water damage remediation. I liked that they had the correct water detection equipment, so they were able to accurately determine if there was water being absorbed into the wood. There was this little PVC pipe that had a slow drip, but it had been dripping for a good amount of time. It had soaked into our baseboards, but we didn't notice because it was way back in an area that we couldn't really see. They used the wet vac; threw down the powdered, anti-mold stuff; and brought in dehumidifiers for three days. They were super loud, but that was not really their fault. Then, they came back out and measured the water content in the baseboards, and it had been completely dried out. They earned an A grade.”

I guess that worked because I haven't gotten any more mold. I'd give them an A. They did what they said they were going to do.”
