“281-Flooded was quick on the scene after our dishwasher leaked all night. They came in with dehumidifiers and dryers, and they pulled up the carpet. They were great. Everything was A+.”
“They did very good work. There was a leak from a pipe in the wall, and they did the draining, restoration, and cleanup. I'd give them an A rating.”
“They were prompt, courteous, professional, and honest. They dried out our dining room after a pipe leaked in the wall. I would give 281-Flooded an A.”
“We had a flood from a toilet, and they replaced some Sheetrock and floor boards. They were on it. We were impressed—A+.”
“They were on time, and they got the job done. I would give them an A+. I didn't have any complaints.”
“They did an incredible job for us. I'm not used to getting such a detailed bill from somebody or a bid and he gave me a line itemed bid down to the penny. I wasn't change ordered, which was incredible, and the job was done when he said it was going to get done. He did a kitchen remodel for me. Overall, I'd give them an A across the board. Actually, they screwed up and they forgot to put up a duct barrier and it got all over my house. They paid for a cleaning service to come in and detail my house after they were done. It was just unbelievable, I was impressed.”
“They were one of my favorite vendors. They were a turnkey contractor. My major interaction with them was with the emergency services. I've always had a good experience with them. They did some remodeling and reconstructing during that process too. I had a very good experience and very fond memories of working with them. I'd give them an A+ overall. They worked well with insurance companies. Working with an insurance companies has its idiosyncrasies. They were very accommodating and knew what we needed and were able to provide it. It was a stark contrast between some contractors who can or don't work well with insurance companies. 281 Flooded and the team just really worked with us hand in hand to give us what we need to help us call the claims faster. I'd recommend them always; they've got the best trade name in the business.”
“They replaced the soffit, fascia, eaves troughs, and downspouts on my house. They did the job right, and it came out very nice. They were very quick in getting the work done. I didn't have to wait for them to come over and finish it. Overall, I'd give them an A+. I have referred them.”
“281Flooded has done a lot of work for us. It's always been very outstanding, and they're extremely honest. Most recently, we had a fire at an apartment, and they did the water remediation. They gave us the most detailed bid, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. It went very well—A+.”
“Working with 281Flooded was beyond positive—it was excellent. A pipe leaked above my master bedroom, and they took out all the Sheetrock, flooring, and baseboards that were affected. Then, they put some machines in there to dry everything out and sprayed some stuff to keep it from mildewing. They were extraordinarily knowledgeable, very helpful, and very friendly. They get an A+—I would give them extra credit.”
“They were very informative. They let me know what they were doing, and the customer service was excellent. They get an A.”
“They gave me all that was required. They dried out a square that was wet. I'd give them an excellent grade.”
“They were here for water damage after my water heater broke. It was OK. I have no complaints. They were very forward and straight to the point, and they did all that they said they would do. I'd give them an A.”
“I didn't have any issues. They responded quickly, and they sent me the receipt. They performed work on my rental. I was talking to my tenant, and they didn't have any complaints. The master bedroom ceiling started to leak, so they cut out the section of drywall that had gotten wet, and then they put the heaters out to dry everything out. My builder was not really responding to my calls, so they took care of what my builder didn't. I'd give them an A.”
“They were really courteous, and they wore uniforms so you knew who they were and why they were there. They did some construction and reconstruction work after one of the issues we had with water damage. I heard about them through a referral—somebody we knew had had work done with them before. I'd give them an A.”
“281Flooded showed up on time, and they were very thorough in explaining what was going on and what they were doing. They were drying out a section that had gotten flooded in the master bathroom. They were referred to us. They're an A.”
“They came and did whatever they needed to based on whatever the insurance required them to come and do. They took care of everything. The air conditioner above one of my bathrooms had leaked, and the water came down all the way through the floor. It messed up the carpet, the closets, and the clothes. They pulled everything out that they needed to, and then they did the dehumidification with those big machines to pull the moisture out. They came back and rechecked it, and then they cleaned up in order for the repair work to get started. I'd say they should get an A. They came to do what they were supposed to do, and they lived up to my expectations.”
