“We had a water leak, and they came out to do some work. The guys did a good job. They were very courteous and very thorough I felt. It was our first experience with any restoration, so we didn't know much about it. They were good enough to educate us on what they were doing and why. It took a little longer to get the water out, but I think, overall, we had a good experience. I'd say they were an A. Customer service was pretty good, and the quality of service was too. The only thing I wish the company did, and it's not anything to the guys, but if there was a follow-up repair or handyman type of work to close it out, that would've been better. Because their job stops when the water is all drained out, but there's still some work that needs to be done after the fact. They ripped out the crown molding by the door, so I need a handyman to come in and do the work. If they did that, it would be helpful, so you don't have to call somebody else or have a gap. Other than that, they were pretty good, and they were there when they promised us. Their cleanliness was pretty good. They knew what they were doing, and they knew the work, so they did a good job. I would say they're an A, for sure. I would definitely recommend them.”

The response time was better than what the insurance quoted me; they said it was going to be almost two hours before somebody could get out to the house, but I called them, and they showed up within 45 minutes. I had a flood in the entire first floor of the house, and they came in, sucked out all the water, shut off the water, and started ripping everything out that night. The sales tech was great. He really knew his stuff. He explained everything really well. For me, I didn't have a clue what was going on; it was very scary, and he was kind of comforting. I chose them based on their response time, and somebody had mentioned that they had used them in the past and had good results, so I gave them a call. When you're in that kind of situation, you want the best. ”

He seemed to know what he was doing, and it seemed like they do this a lot. So, I was happy with the PuroClean people. They did that within a couple days. They brought in those giant fans, and they came right away, too, because they told me that you couldn't wait around on that stuff when you have a water leak—you can start getting mold and stuff. They came out the day I called them or the next day. They came really quickly. I remember I called somebody else, and the guy didn't get back to me for like four days, or something. I talked to my insurance guy, and he said 'You'd better get somebody out there right away. That's not going to cut it. You're going to start getting mold.' So, they came out right away. The other person that I had called wasn't very with it. This guy came like the day I called him, and he was out there and gave me an estimate quickly. The other guy came out, and he said he was going to give me an estimate, but he took like days to get back. By the time he got back I said 'Well, I've already got somebody else, you took too long.' I can't wait around when I got water in my house. So, I was happy. They seemed knowledgeable. I'd give them an A—they were good. I was very happy with the PuroClean people.”
