“Tri-County All Restorations' work met very high standards. The only portion of the work that was not completely satisfactory was the work they contracted with others to do - specifically, the "cleaning of HVAC system by subcontractor," as I subsequently had a refrigerant leak, which was suspected to be attributable to "locking nuts at the expansion valve were totally loose." This leak apparently occurred over time and could not be proven to be caused by the subcontractor, so it was an additional expense for me.”

The job took longer than expected, but this was not thier fault. Trying to get several companies scheduled last minute on a holiday weekend proved to be challenging. Mark and the team handled it like true professionals, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. If I could give 10 stars, they would deserve them all!”
