“We had some insurance adjuster who brought them in; they were awesome. They just were great. They came in when they were called and took care of whatever they were supposed to take care of. They were good. They did water damage restoration. I would grade them an A+. I would absolutely recommend them.”

“I think they were here for the kitchen. There's been water damage twice. I think it was the kitchen sink that had the problem—the plumbing there. As far as I know, the guy was great. They came in, and they pulled everything up—tore out the wood that had soaked up all the water and rotted, and they brought in the drying machines. They did a very, very good job. “Apart from doing their job, they were able to direct me on the steps I needed to take to ensure everything was done properly with my insurance. So, they were well versed in the process that you go through when you have something that goes wrong with your house—a disaster, mini-disaster. I'd give them an A+. It's one thing, if somebody comes out and does a job, but it's a different thing if they come out and go beyond. So, their workers didn't just come and say, 'OK we're done.' They were like, 'OK, ma'am. These are the steps; you need to follow these.' So, with that, I was able to make phone calls to my insurance and get everything done properly. If not, I don't know what I would've done. I'll give them an A+. I would recommend them anytime.”

They were fine as far as I'm concerned. The people that came to try and clear up some of the damages that we sustained from those leaks were fine. I have no complaints here with them whatsoever. The experience I wouldn't want to go through again. We had to redo the room; new sheetrock, new paddings, and new rugs on the floor. They ripped up the moldings, and they had to be replaced. I certainly would give them an A. They were very courteous, they came on time, and they cleaned up after themselves. I didn't sustain other damage that I was aware of while the men were here. I would recommend them.”
