I can say 10 stars … I had an excellent experience with this company and their entire team while dealing with a stressful water and mold issue in my home. From the very beginning, their response time was incredibly fast — Eric showed up ready to help and immediately made me feel that the situation was under control. I have to say all the team: Eric, Flavio, Diguan, Cassandra, John, Jonathan, Rosa, were professional, knowledgeable, and well-equipped with the right tools and technology to properly assess and resolve the problem. They handled mold testing thoroughly and explained every step of the process clearly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. What really stood out was how seamlessly they worked with my insurance company. They guided me through the process, communicated effectively, and helped reduce a lot of the stress that usually comes with home damage situations. Overall, the service was efficient, honest, and highly professional. I truly appreciate their dedication, transparency, and commitment to doing the job right. They came in after the fire inspector was done doing their investigation and boarded up my house after the fire. Then after the insurance was finally ready to settle, they came back in and demo'ed the inside of the house. They did a really good job cleaning everything and hauling it all off in a big roll off dumpster that was really full of a lot of my lost memories from the fire. Was a great house in a great neighborhood with all good neighbors in a cul-de-sac. They was a very big help.

We had a great experience with Rapid Recovery after dealing with a pipe leak and mold issue. Everyone on the team was professional, responsive, respectful, and genuinely pleasant to work with during a very stressful situation. Flavio in particular went above and beyond to be helpful, cooperative and caring throughout the entire process always taking the time to explain things clearly and to make sure everything was handled properly. Guillermo was also excellent to work with and very professional throughout the job. Eric the boss was incredibly understanding and accommodating from the start which we truly appreciated. The crew worked efficiently kept everything as clean as possible and made a difficult situation easier to manage. We highly recommend Rapid Recovery and their entire team.

Chris Wilson and the Rapid Recovery team were on site immediately to board up my home after being ravaged by a fire. I later used them to come in to remove standing water and make pathways through the debris to remove salvageable items. They were compassionate, efficient and professional. I greatly appreciated the video they provided me showing work done. I highly recommend Rapid Recovery!
