“There was water damage. They came out quickly. Honestly, they were very quick, I have to say that. They got there extremely quickly, were efficient and honest, and they made sure that I didn't have to do much. They pretty much dealt with everything themselves. Aside from me signing off on a few forms, it was easy to use, and they made everything easy. I didn't have to fax and mail and get them a bunch of stuff. I have a really tough schedule, so normally I would do things like that, but with my schedule, they pretty much took care of everything for me to do. They basically showed me the estimates and what everything was going to cost. My job was just to sign off on the dotted line. I guess if I had to sum that up into one word, it would be user-friendly. For their customer service and quality of work, I'd give them an A+, no doubt about it. I've used them already twice. They were referred to me by my own personal insurance company, and both times that they've dealt with my house, not only did they do everything they had to do, but when my insurance didn't want to pay, they even helped me grow a case showing that this is what they needed. From day one to the last day, they were by my side at all times, and I can call these guys literally at two in the morning, and they would answer the phone.”
“I used them two different times. The first time, it was wonderful. They knew what they were doing. They did a great job. There was a leak, and they had to replace the drywall and the molding. They did it efficiently, quickly, and they did a good job. They provided all the records the insurance company needed, as far as measurements and stuff. They painted and did a great job. they also replaced the vinyl and the tile. They took care of everything quickly and did it correctly. They painted also. I'd give them an A+.”
