The only concern that I had is that, when they billed my insurance company, they really billed very high—but my insurance company got back with them, and they worked it out. I would give them an A. It ruined the rugs and got in from one room to another room We had to put blowers in there and everything else—dry everything out. They pulled up all the carpets and everything else. He cut some mold out. They were here for about three days. I'd give them an A+.”

“The service technician was Andrew, and he was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do immediately. He acted quickly. He was responsive, polite, and made things easy on us. He obviously was very helpful and caring and wanted to make things right. We had a washing machine flooding from our primary floor down into our basement. Water went down through the register on the primary floor in between the flooring and the walls. It collapsed a number of tiles on a drop ceiling, soaked insulation, water poured and dripped on a number of our belongings in the basement with electronics, furniture, and rugs. The work that Miller did was to come in and basically remediate and dry things out and remove water and take out damaged or destroyed tiles and insulation and a number of things. They were prompt and thorough. I would recommend them. This was our second experience with Miller. I would give them an A.”

“Everything was great. They came out. It was at night and raining. They were respectful. They basically did everything that I expected. I had a tree fall on my house, and there were a couple of holes in my roof. They weren't called until like five o'clock at night. They still came out, even though it was starting to rain. They came up on the roof even though there was a tree on it, and they put tarps up. It was like eight o'clock at night. Unfortunately, we still haven't gotten the repairs yet because of insurance issues, but I have not had leaks. I would recommend this company. I would give them an A grade.”

They had to open up the ceiling and use these big heaters to dry out all the water damage. I couldn't even stay in the house because it was so loud and so hot, but that's normal. It dried out all the damaged walls and ceilings. Their slogan is something like, 'We make it good again,' and it's true. Everything was just so waterlogged, and they made it all dry and good again.”
