We had a water heater leak, and the property in the basement got a lot of water. They came in within two hours of me noticing it. They got the fans going, flushed all the water out—as much as they could—got everything dry and taken care of. I would give Spectrum an A+.”

They did the dry out, they got carpeting ripped out, they identified any possible issues with mold contamination, and they addressed it all. I think they turned it over within 4-5 days. They had to take out the carpet, then they did something to test it and see if it was recoverable. They got out there quickly, as soon as they got out there, the gentleman that did the over view got working on it right away. As soon as he checked the meter to find where there was water damage behind the drywall, he started the investigation and the dry out. They were very expedient. It's been a while, I really don't remember, we had other issue with the house. I think they came and dried it as much as they can. I would put an A. They came, did a good job, and they left. I know if I had a bad experience it would stick in my mind.”

They were actually referred by our insurance adjuster. I'd say they're an A+ for sure. I don't remember the gentleman's name, but the couple of guys were professional, returned my calls, were there every day as promised, and did quality work, so it's an A+ for sure.”

They had to tear out the flooring in the bedroom where it got wet, and they had to run the dryers and tear out the tile in the bathroom. The countertop got wet, the floor was wet underneath, and the ceiling pieces in the basement were wet and hanging. They removed everything that was damaged, and they had to tear out all the old tiles when the tiles that were down there got wet underneath. They had to do the whole basement room area and redo it. I'd say they are at the top of the list—an A.”

Somebody told me to give them a call, and they were working on another house in the same neighborhood, so they were there within about an hour. It was a very, very good response—they did a great job. We had double sump pump failure, so we had some water in the basement; they had to come and rip out the carpeting and padding, remove the baseboard, and punch some holes. We didn't have drywall damage, but they had to put some holes in the drywall behind the baseboard and industrial-sized blowers and all that kind of stuff, and then they had to come back and make sure that the base two-by-fours were dried out. I would recommend using them. They deserve an A.”
