I really couldn't say what I particularly liked; they did a good job for me, and they were fine. The guys were all respectful and nice, and I was only there part of the time. Like I said, my renters were there more than anything, of course, because that was on my old house that I used to own, and that I used to live in. I'd give them an A. I got to the point where I wasn't sure if everything was done the first time, and they actually sent somebody back out for me too, when they didn't need to. This was because, in the bathroom where the leak started, it smelled a little mildewed and so I talked to them. They sent somebody back out and went through an extra effort to do that for me, and there was actually no issue whatsoever. Even when I got out there, I was going, ah, it ain't that bad.”

They came in and put stuff on the floor, checked for mold, and sprayed something in the attic. The person who came out did a fantastic job. He even said, 'I'll come out and check to make sure everything got done properly.' He was fantastic. I would give them an A+ for sure.”

I'd give them an A. Those guys did a really good job explaining what was going on, and they stayed in contact with us daily. They called us to let us know they were going to be here and to make sure we were going to be home. They did a really good job and gave a lot of extra consideration.”
