“Every single person that we dealt with, them and the people that they brought in here were absolutely wonderful. I'm telling you, if we ever had another problem—dear lord I hope we don't—I pray we would get them because they are wonderful. Every single person that we dealt with, I mean, they bent over backwards—they called us right back, they answered our questions, and they came out if we thought we had a problem. They were wonderful; that's all I can say, that they were wonderful. I'm glad that whoever got us with them, I'm glad that they did, because they are wonderful. It was water damage. We had just moved here from Florida; the day after we moved here, we went down to buy a new washing machine, and two days later they delivered it. Now, we still had boxes stacked up in here, were trying to put stuff away, and the washing machine flooded—it was defective, the hose was defective in the back of it, and it flooded my house. Then the first company that came out—it wasn't All South, it was somebody else that came, somebody that the people that brought the washing machine called—and they were horrible. Then when they got us with All South—they went ahead and made sure that we got all the new carpeting, that the water heater was put in and out—everything. They were wonderful; I would recommend them for anything, and I'd give them an A++. There's not one little thing that I would do or say could be different; they were wonderful.”

“I've had really bad contractors in the past, and the guys were great. Everything they recommended and set time lines for—everything was good. They were always here. They were quick, and they were efficient in their work; I've had no complaints on the work. They rebuilt about 75% of the inside of my house—I had a flood on three stories—so they rebuilt five bedrooms, three baths, a kitchen and dining room, with walls and ceilings. They did a huge job; they did it in about six weeks, and I was kind of amazed—it looks brand new today. I'd give them an A+; I have no complaints. I would not only recommend them, but I would rehire them in two seconds.”

“Well, I was an engineer; they've done some work for me as a contractor and they've always done excellent work. They've done restoration work on mostly residential type projects for water damage or disaster—trees falling on houses, or water damage. A+—I always enjoy working with them. Every time I did a project with them, they had a project manager assigned to the job, and any time I had an issue, it was quickly resolved and taken care of promptly.”

All South came in and right away took care of the issues that were substantial and they coordinated with my insurance. I'm actually planning on using them again for some other projects. I had a dishwasher leak under the floor so they first pulled up all the floors and set up drying equipment. Then they handled putting down new floors and it turned out I needed new cabinets. So they also handled getting the new cabinets installed. Everything looks great. I would give them an A. They had a third party cabinet person and a third party flooring person come in, but they did a very good job—I understand they work with them all of the time. I was happy with them as well. I would recommend them.”

My finished basement was flooded the second time, so All South Restoration came out and did the cleanup and the water remediation. They brought fans and the dehumidifier, and I had them redo the tube. Instead of this crazy tube that the other company didn't even replace, All South Restoration put in a new, better thing that ran all the way out of my house. They ran it underneath the deck and out to where it could drain so that if something happens, it won't ever mess anything up again. I was very happy with what they did. I didn't find anything bad about them. They get an A from me.”

“All South Restoration did a good job. Overall, I was very happy with them. I originally called a different company, but they never returned my call, or they scheduled something and no-showed. I called All South Restoration, and they showed up the same day within two hours and got to work immediately. They did a great job for us. They had to dry everything out, and then they had to rip up the floor and put in the dryer and dehumidifier. It was pretty bad. Everything is still fine today. I'd say they're an A.”

“It was almost like a one-stop shop. All South Restoration did a great job coming out to do the initial work, and then they were also able to take care of the repairs if we wanted them to. They managed that process, checked back with us after the work, and then invoiced us after all of that. We had water in our basement. All South Restoration came out for the initial drying, and then they replaced the pads and repaired the damage in the bathroom. I found them in Best Pick Reports, I'm sure. “It's been a great experience with them. I had a flood in my residence back in August of last year. I had a number of other contractors come out to give me some estimates and do the work, and none of them were reliable. They all took a long time to get the estimates back to us, and they didn't seem like they really wanted to help. The other companies just seemed like they were trying to get as much out of the insurance company as possible. With All South Restoration, the estimator came out, they got the estimate to me in a timely manner, and they worked with me over six months through the whole insurance process. They were really patient. Then, once they began to work, they actually came out with a schedule. They stuck with the schedule, and they went above and beyond. They did a really good job. All of their subcontractors were very professional. I had water damage, so they had to gut my entire kitchen. In the kitchen and the dining area, the hardwood floors, the drywall, and all that stuff had to come out. They had to replace it and put in new flooring, new drywall, and new cabinets. They had to reinstall my appliances, and then they had to fix my floor because the subfloor was damaged, too. I'd say they earned an A grade.”
