“Prior to this last time we have used Tree Guy on numerous occasions and have recommended them to our friends because they have always done a fantastic job. In the past they accidentally broke our sprinkler system and repaired it without hesitation. This last time a pipe was crushed and we are not sure that they even knew they did it, but after we took pictures and called twice asking to speak to Aaron and requested he come out and look at it, we got zero response. And we've heard nothing to this day when I was asked to do this review. The only reason I am giving three stars today is because after two calls and sending the photos in a text message, we were never contacted. No one ever returned our call, made comments about the photos, or did anything about the problem”

“Aaron and his team have done several jobs at our place - each time they have done fabulous work, communicated thoroughly and were knowledgeable about their work. Having a tree certified arborist as part of the team assured me they knew how to trim the trees I wanted to keep and their safety measures ensured there was no fear of damage during tree removal. Would highly recommend!”

“Very professional.....from a pre-work site visit to actual tree trimming. Excellent work and clean-up on part of tree trimmers. Not so excellent on the part of stump and root grinders. After the job was 'completed' I was told the industrial 'standard' is to accomplish the grinding PERIOD minus any clean-up/site restoration. That wasn't/isn't/and doesn't represent MY expectations. On the positive side.....When I commented to the company that the stump grinders lack of site restoration was a 'disappointment' they did send someone out who did restore the site to a 'reasonable' standard. If you are using this service, strongly recommend you establish 'your' expectations of service with Tree-Guys prior to the work.”
