Technician arrived timely. Was respectful of property and wore shoe covers. He accessed the job to confirm what the salesman had in the work order was accurate. While doing the job he kept me up to date during the process to make sure I was happy with the chosen colors. I absolutely recommend Sir Grout and Juan was a pleasure to work with.

Don't use them. Bait and switch!!! Quoted $1000 but ended up paying $1500!! We were supposed to have 3 bathroom floors and 2 showers done and one tub steamed. Not only did the technician not remove the topical layer of dirty grout.. he just painted over it... then the technician wanted more money to fill in the caulking which was quoted in the estimate... there are still gaps in the caulking... and the tub was not steamed... technician asked for the check to be made out to him personally. Results are less than satisfactory

From the initial estimate with Julian to the work completed by Jonathan and Felix, I am very happy with both the experience and the results for both my bathroom. The team was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. Highly recommend Sir Grout.

Excellent experience with Sir Grout from start to finish. They arrived on time to start work at 8am on our scheduled day and worked efficiently to regrout two bathrooms plus redo some caulking. Jon C. and Felix were expert technicians, and we would highly recommend them for service.

I would like to say a big thank you to John (Sales Mgr),for setting up our appt for the technician to come out and restore our kitchen,foyer,laundry and powder room. Our technician Froy, was prompt, professional, polite and hardworking for the long hours he was in our home.He was also assisted by another technician Juan, who was also awesome and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond in providing great customer service, being sure that we were pleased with everything. Kudos to Sir Grout and their team, for the excellent customer service and a job well done!
