Two of my sprinkler heads had ceased workng properly after we experienced a deep freeze this winter in Houston. Both heads were causing local flooding while in operation. Andy's responded as soon as I called and replaced the leaky heads in a quick and efficient manner. Thank you Andy's for great service.

I have used them in the past and been satisfied and they seemed like nice folks. But this last time my sprinklers weren’t working due to lack of pressure in the lines. They said it was the master valve and replaced it. But it didn’t fix the problem but they charged me $580 including the service call. They poked around some more and could not figure out the issue, then proceeded to tell me that all my valves needed to be replaced for $3000. I lost my confidence in them and told them no. I feel like I got taken for ride especially since they didn’t even deduct the service call charge when they couldn’t fix the problem. I’m not sure they know what they are doing. In any case I wasn’t about to hand over $3000 only for them to tell me it still doesn’t work.

Andy's did the spring checkup on our sprinkler system, they reset a couple of sprinkler heads and replaced a drip line that had broken loose. All was done well and on-time.
