I had a couple sprinkler heads that were not popping up, so contacted Andy's about a system wellness check-up. Ethan and Danny arrived on time, and were extremely polite. They showed me issues with other heads, and provided recommendation to place tall heads in shrubbery area. The best catch was locating a crack in a sprinkler line caused by a landscape spike which had split the pipe, which I was totally unaware of. All options were explained clearly. Repairs were authorized and the work was completed promptly. I was VERY IMPRESSED with their methodology and the final result was neat and tidy. Almost invisible. Kudos to Ethan for his totally professional interactions with me. Great representative of a good company.

Update: After I posted the original review, I received a call from Andy’s regional manager. After a long conversation, and without admitting any real fault on their part, (they did actually admit they missed the boat on my service), they offered and I accepted a full refund for the entire amount that I paid. Companies such as Andy’s pay their technicians based on how much they sell. I believe that this particular tech got a little greedy and quoted an exorbitant amount based on the assumption that the three values needed replacing, instead of doing thorough diagnostics to determine what was actually wrong. Had he done that, he would have found that the problem on two of the valves were just loose connections, and that the master valve was locked open manually. While I appreciate the refund, which has in fact been received, I still have a bad feeling about this company and their business practices. I can’t say whether this is an issue isolated to one technician, but looking at some of the other reviews, it definitely seems like this is a systemic issue with Andy’s Sprinklers. Andy's Sprinklers is a complete ripoff. After spending over $550 to replace 6 pop-up heads and two nozzles ($125 trip charge, $65.25 per pop-up head, and $12.79 per nozzle, plus tax), Andy's Sprinklers had the nerve and the audacity to quote an additional $1,000 to diagnose and repair 3 valves (two standard and the master valve) that were not functioning. I turned down that quote and contacted an independent sprinkler technician that a neighbor recommended. He came out on a Sunday (imagine that), checked the system, found a couple of loose wires on the two standard valves, and found that the main valve was manually set to open (which Andy's said "was frozen open"). The wire connections on the two valves were repaired, and the master valve was reset to close automatically. The whole thing cost me just $125, including the trip charge. I will never use Andy's Sprinklers again and will make sure everyone who needs sprinkler repairs uses the independent technician that I used.

Lucas is fantastic, he is very knowledgeable and he is so easy to talk to. He listened to everything I had to say and gave me a quote, that was in my budget. He was so professional. My wife was so pleased she decided to do some additional work.

Wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars. This company did an incredible job. The team worked in 100 degree heat for two days, hand digging trenches for drains. The regrading is perfect, better than I could imagine. I highly recommend them. Dean did the estimate and was here when they started work, and was back the next dat to review. Now I don't have to worry about heavy rain flooding my house again.
