“All employees were nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I needed floor work done that all reps said can be done but when the guys came out to put the door in they did not know about it and had no supplies for it. This put them in more of a rush and I do t think all the bad wood on the floor was replaced. Also top lock was not put in and it took me several phone calls to get someone to answer me back and have them come out to finish the job. The part is now in and doesn’t work correctly and now that it is nice out I started using the screen door, which will not latch right and one of the wheels came off. So it’s not work properly. They are coming out again to fix all. Also, the finance company took for ever to send me a bill. When I spoke with the representative on the phone after the initial job was done, he told me I would not have to pay my first payment till October. Plus I was supposed to receive paper work and the bill in a week. Two weeks later I get a bill and it’s due in 3 days. I called and they said I have up to 15 days to pay it and it will not hurt the financial agreement. Hard to believe, but we will see what happens.”

“At first, I had signed a contract with them to replace my security door. The guy said he couldn't replace it. I had to complain, and they found someone to actually do it. I should not have had to complain to them to do what was on the contract.”

“I contacted PJFitzpatric from a mailing advertisement we received, originally for window replacement. Set up a time to see product in our home. Was impressed with the presentation and also discussed gutter replacement. Presentation on the tablet stated all the employees went through an extensive training program and were employed by PJFitzpatric. Signed a contract to have both gutters and 4 windows replaced. When the crew arrived to replace our gutters they did not arrive in PJFitzpatric trucks. I called to ask why and was told that they worked for PJFitzpatric exclusively. I feel I was misled to believe that PJFitzpatric employees would be doing the job not another outfit that they hire exclusively. I was disappointed.”
