After getting multiple quotes for my patio door replacement and to repair water repair damage around the crosshead and frame of my garage, Opal exteriors offered the best solution and pricing. I will definitely call them to get a quote on window replacement when I’m ready for the next project. Jesse was very straightforward with quoting the project and Jose made sure the install and finishing touches were taken care of. I have never worked with a company that offered multiple updates on the order progress and scheduling. Any communication on my part was answered same day or next.

We just had Hardie siding, soffits and gutters replaced by Opal. From start to finish it was a great experience. Working to get a quote was easy and fast. Scheduling was quick. The company sends several emails with updates of what to expect. As for install, the project manager Jack was on site daily to check in and go over any questions or concerns. He was very responsive and great to work with. Our install team was amazing. All the work was done beautifully. I really felt they made sure things were done right so my home is protected. They cleaned up amazingly. We are beyond happy with the final results and would definitely recommend Opal!

Opal replaced all 28 1st floor windows - in February! They did an incredible job. The craftsmanship was perfect and they kept a clean and warm job site. We used them before for a door and was as equally perfect. Very happy with Jesse the salesman who was fair and attentive with quick responses. Voytek and the crew were the best. Highly recommend Opal and will use them again!

I had a window replaced with a patio door and Opal did a great job. The team was professional, respectful and quick. They were able to work in between bouts of bad weather. I really like the new door. From the time I met with Justin, the salesman, to the end when everyone was done, it was all painless and a wonderful experience.

We recently had ProVia sliding doors installed to replace our Pella French doors, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Quality and installation were our biggest concerns, but OPAL exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked into the showroom. Landon, our sales manager, was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process without any sales pressure, which we really appreciated. After we signed the contract, the office team kept us informed every step of the way, communicating the installation schedule and clearly outlining anything that was needed from us. The installation team was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. They walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. Jose, the project manager, was also excellent. He coordinated the inspections seamlessly and demonstrated impressive knowledge of the product throughout the project. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend OPAL and will definitely be using them again for our next home improvement project.
