After some thorough research and interviewing 3 roofing companies, we ended up selecting Countryside roofing to install our leaking skylights. The overall experience has been a positive one! Mike, the Sales Manager, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Out of the 3 companies that we interviewed, he had the most clear and concise response. In addition, he answered all my questions correctly! On the day of install, I was concerned that it rained that morning, but Ken, the owner was Awesome! Via the phone, he gave detailed explanation of why the rain shouldn't hinder the quality of the install or shingle adhesive. To give me a piece of mind, he even stopped by our house and supervised the initial part of the install. You can tell that Ken takes pride in his company and wants to ensure the customer is satisfied and happy with their service. He reviewed the condition of our existing roof and provided great insight on when we need to replace it. Carlos, the install leader and his crew did a wonderful job replacing our skylights. They worked diligently and was very quick with the install. They were courteous and friendly. They cleaned up all the scraps in the garden after the work is done. I have the new skylights for 3 weeks now and am delighted to say that we haven't encountered any leak. We highly recommend Countryside roofing as they provide great customer service and quality of work!

We had an amazing experience working with Eric and Ryan from Countryside for our roofing and siding project. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding—they kept us informed every step of the way and were always quick to answer any questions. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and everything turned out beautifully. They were professional, reliable, and truly cared about making sure we were happy with the final result. 12 years ago we got the first new roof on the home we built in the ‘90’s. We did our research and included Countryside in our options list. Pat Dolan walked in and was authentic and professional. They got our business and we weren’t disappointed. Recently hail storms ravaged our community and so we called back Countryside for an inspection. Pat showed up again (looking the same, like he was trapped is some sort of time warp)…it was determined that unfortunately our roof suffered hail damage. We were confident in Pat and Countryside so we went forward with the replacement. Their whole staff remained consistently professional and reliable. Great communication by Pat and Clint for scheduling. The crew came out and got our roof replaced successfully in one day. They cleaned up and left our home looking like it did the day before. I needed a complete tear off and replacement of the roof on my home including the skylights. I researched roofing companies and visited many roofing supply dealers to make sure I knew what products I wanted installed on my roof.Then I received three bids for the job. When I Met with Mike from Countryside Roofing I felt that he was very knowledgeable and experienced. He took his time with me and answered all my questions and explained what would happen from start to finish. We agreed on a date to start the job and they were there bright and early to begin. I could tell the crew had worked together quite a while because it just flowed right along. I’m not a roofer, but But watch them do the whole Job and I was very comfortable with their work. This company installed the roof on my home in October 2019. I purchased the home in 2020, and now in 2026 I am dealing with a roof leak. After having it professionally inspected, I was informed the issue is consistent with an installation error, including improperly secured plywood decking. I contacted the company, explained the situation, and gave them the opportunity to stand behind their work. I expected that a company with a strong presence in the community would take responsibility and value its reputation. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Their response was simply that the roof is out of warranty (they only offer a 5-year workmanship warranty). Instead of addressing what appears to be a clear installation issue, I was given an estimate to pay out of pocket to fix their mistake. When I explained that an independent inspection identified poor installation as the cause, I was told, “Of course they’re going to say that because they want the job—that doesn’t mean anything.” I was also asked how I knew someone hadn’t stepped on the roof and caused the problem. That response was very concerning. If simply stepping on the roof could cause the plywood decking to shift, that points to a serious installation issue. A properly installed roof should not fail under normal conditions. I was also told that if a home inspection didn’t catch the issue when I purchased the house, then it shouldn’t be considered their responsibility. That logic does not make sense. A standard home inspection is limited and does not remove responsibility for the quality of the original installation—especially when defects may not be visible at the time. A properly installed roof should last 20+ years—not fail in just 6 years due to poor workmanship. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company. In my opinion, they prioritize volume over quality and do not stand behind their work once the warranty period ends. Homeowners should proceed with caution.
