“When they came by, I paid them, but no one came back to see if I was satisfied. That disturbed me. It disturbed me that no one called to see if I was satisfied with the service. I was expecting more, but the people left. I didn't know if they were gone to lunch or if they were done. I was here, so it was around lunchtime. I didn't know if they were coming back. I called to find out if they were going to lunch or coming back. I would have thought that someone would have wanted to know if I was pleased with the service. I've had no issues with what they did, but some of the things they said they would do, they didn't do. Normally, if you do a good job for me, you get a good rating, because that's how I rate. I rate on the basis of the service that was performed. I had called them, thinking I would hear back, but I heard nothing. I called him to find out if the people who had come by were done or leaving for lunch, because they left around lunchtime. I like it when you're going to ask me if I'm pleased with the service. Then, if you don't ask, you don't care. That's how I take that. You don't really care about the service that was performed. Will Swinney came across very nice, but when I'm calling, I look for him to call me back to ask if I'm satisfied. How I took it is that they took my check, and they were like, "I'm done. We don't care if you're pleased with it. We just don't care." When I called him, he never called me back - never, ever. I asked if they were done or if they were coming back, but got no call at all. I'm going, "I don't know if this was his last day, or if he's no longer working with them - I don't know." I wasn't happy. I won't do that again. I will never pay in advance because I want to them to come back to ask me, "Are you pleased with the service provided?" That's what needed to happen. They promised things that didn't get done. I thought maybe it was good riddance. I won't spend my time on them again.”

“We had a water leak at a window and Metropolitan found that it was coming from a leak in the roof. They replaced the plywood and shingles very efficiently and removed all debris. Metropolitan also replaced siding on a gable, again a clean efficient job.”

“The team was confused as to the specific soffit work that was contracted. They needed to come back. I also inquired about other work to fix a leak around a skylight. We had one interchange and I dont believe that Chris ever followed back up with me. I go the feeling that you are not interested unless it is a high ticket item.”

“They have a poorly run business. I had to call several times to get someone to come out. I was a previous customer of theirs. I was under warranty and when I tried to call for leak repair, there was a miscommunication. They sent people out without confirming a date and time with me. They just showed up.”
