OWNER READ MY PRICE IS TOO HIGH REVIEW AND THEN CALLED AND TOLD ME NOT EVERYONE CAN AFFORD A MERCEDES, AND THAT I SHOULD MAYBE LOOK FOR A TOYOTA. We saw these guys doing some jobs in our neighborhood and called them out to get a quote. I need to replace a 90’ driveway with a driveway that has a 16x16 concrete pad on the side at the back. Replace a 16x12 screened in porch, a 5x6 front deck, reside a 16x16 section of siding, and to replace the wood trim on the house, and finally to paint. They quoted me at 82k. These guys are out of their minds. If you are using this company, you are being ripped off. Please look elsewhere and do not waste your time.

Danny was very detailed and didn't waste time with a sales pitch but gave information needed and answered any questions about the siding and painting. Everything looks amazing, so happy with this experience.

"I really think the carpenters and painters did a great job! I do not care for the managers of the project. There was not enough follow-up and professionalism from the project managers. There were times when Robert was scolding Chad right in front of me. Also, not enough skilled problems solving strategies such as the time when the new siding was coming up, suddenly part of my home's light system was not working. Robert came in and looked at my electric panel and said it was something wrong with my electric panel (too old). It turned out that my handy friend solved the problem: it turned one of the carpenters had accidentally nailed into the electric line. I told Robert this and he asked the carpenters to check for nails in a line. They found it, the problem solved!"

"PaintingPlus has been amazing. They replaced the majority of the siding on my two story house and exterior pool house, painted everything in three colors to match the exterior textures, painted out front porch, rebuilt the porch railing and whole host of other accent items. They are in the process removing a 30x10 back porch that was collapsing and roof starting to sag on the overhang. They are about 80% complete rebuilding it, supporting and releveling the roof, building a pony wall and screening it in. They also have added an exterior deck for grilling. It all looks awesome! Our house looks brand new. Oh and they are about to pressure wash and stain 900 lf of 8 ft high cedar fence. There is no job these guys can't do. Look no further, these guys are top notch quality and speed."

"The only problem we had at all was a communication problem with some of the workers, most of whom spoke only Spanish. I think it would be great if one person on every crew spoke good English. Anthony Dallavalle was the very best salesperson/project manager ever! We have worked with him twice, and he is outstanding in the way he takes care of his customers!! While working, they noticed and photographed roof boots that were leaking, we had been ripping drywall out thinking it was old copper pipes. We had our roofer out that gooed the old boots, they still leaked! Charlie sent a phenomenal crew that put new boots on and fixed the leak."

After the whole project was finished, I had some requests, and he followed up even though it happened quickly. He didn't forget. I still have one request that he hasn't called me back to confirm. There is a modification I needed. It is not his fault at all, but I forgot to mention to have the gutters pained a different color. He said he would try to connect me with the same painting people. The company is very busy, and for a small touch up like that, I will wait because I love the job they did for me. I did recommend them to others and I think it helped Mike. He is a good guy."

However, after a couple of days of them on the job my fears/concerns quickly subsided. The workmanship on the repairs was as good as you could get and the painting crew did an excellent job in cleaning, caulking, painting. There were a couple of very minor issues, that were caught by the painting crew, which were addressed the next day. The communication between both crews and the project managers was great."

Because of rain, there was a slight delay to painting the entire house, however, I asked John if they could do my covered porch first because that is where I spend the morning with my coffee and paper. His crew did just that and I was able to enjoy my mornings on the porch while we waited for the rain to stop. That is what I call caring about your customer's needs! The crew was a fantastic group of people, very friendly and courteous. I recommend Painting Plus Inc. without hesitation to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy company to replace siding and paint!"
