They had to put scaffolding up to get to the windows—they did a great job on that. They showed how to attach them and made sure the balances wouldn't balance with them. They also made sure they were removable so the roll, the shave roll, behind it wouldn't leave any kind of surface. They worked with the carpenter on that. I think he was independent however. Also, they were very personable. Laura, the manager, was helping me with that. They're still working, so I'm very pleased. I'd give them an A.”
