I believe one of our sensors was giving a false alarm. We would bypass it and trigger the alarm. When we reported it, they came and fixed that very quickly. I used them because their salesperson was visiting my neighbor, and when it was finished, I asked him to come over. We signed the same day. I would recommend them. I'll give them an A.”
