“It went so smoothly. I would recommend Milestone Electric & Security to anybody. My other alarm system—I mean putting it in and everything was fine, but I had horrible customer service when I did have issues. This one has been smooth sailing. I haven't had any problems yet, but I don't envision it. Everything's been so smooth that I don't envision that there would be problem. I think I'd be taken care of. I'm not worried about it. I've been very happy with it. I thought they were very friendly and wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything. They wanted to make sure that I didn't have any questions or concerns. They were able to answer everything the first time I asked as opposed to the other company where I had to go through six different people. I would give them an A+.”

The reason we went with them is because of how professional they keep their men and their vehicles looking in the field. They just run a really clean operation. My husband is a mechanic. He says you can always tell the best technicians by how clean they keep their work area. That's why we picked them. They've also done electrical work for us. We had a shop put in for my husband. They put in the entire circuit breaker. They just did a beautiful job. I would give them an A.”
