I had Rutters put on a new roof and all new siding. Both crews, headed by Shawn McClellan, were fabulous. They answered all my question and Shawn stayed in contact with me about how things were going. I have gotten numerous compliments on how the house looks. I would recommend Rutters to family or friends.

I just had Rutter do my pantry roof. It wasn't a big job, but it was important as it was leaking badly during all the heavy rain. Mike came out quickly to estimate the job, and Tim and his crew did the work. They replaced the roof, and rerouted the 2 downspouts directly into the gutter. It looks terrific, and not a drop of rain will ever get in again! And excellent outcome, and at a very fair price.

We recently had a great experience with Rutter Roofing. During the extreme snow/ice this past winter we had damage to our siding and gutters. I submitted a request online and promptly received a call back, was able to schedule an initial estimate and Shawn McClelllan and his team were onsite as quickly as possible to get our repairs taken care of. They removed all of the debris from the original damage, communicated throughout the process and were just a pleasure to work with leaving our home as if it had never happened!

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews for local businesses, and I’ve waited a year to see if my frustration would fade. It hasn't. For a $31,000 investment, I shouldn’t have to look at damaged J-channel and messy caulk lines every time I pull into my driveway or sit on my couch. The sales team and communication were great, but the actual execution by the install crew was reckless. The lack of precision with the caulking left a mess across my home that simply couldn't be undone, making the entire experience incredibly stressful. After 4 return trips, I realized the follow-up work simply wasn't going to fix the issues. I eventually realized that giving up on the repairs didn’t mean I was happy with the result; it just meant I was exhausted by the process. I am attaching photos so others can see the quality of the craftsmanship for themselves. The owner was nice enough to offer a small discount, but I would much rather have had a clean, professional installation. I’m sharing this because while the people were pleasant, I am the one who has to look at this every single day, and for $31,000, I expected a much more professional result.
