“The quality control is not up to par. The door installed was the wrong color. In addition the door that was installed has flaws at the seems which is a problem with the manufacturing process and quality. I would have not even sent this product out of the factory.”

“The work crew was 2-3 hours late. I had to call to see if/when they were going to be arriving. A call from Power notifying me of the change in arrival would have been helpful. Upon removal of the old windows, much of the trim work had been separated from the drywall. The work crew said they would address it, and they did not. Another person from Power came out, unrelated, to check on an issue with the top part of the double hung window pane sliding down when the window would close. The screens on the top part of double hung window do not stop bugs from entering the home, like I was told it would by the salesman. The bug guard does not seal, even when the window screen is oriented correctly.”
