"Still issues to resolve and no one has contacted me concerning them. Incoming electricity supply conduit brackets were not installed but a small portion of aluminum only. A power rep has been out but it is still not fixed. Noted the drip edge at a corner of my deck does not match up with the drip edge from the gable leaving about a 2 inch gap. Still no contact for that issue either though reported. I am concerned about the crews doing the work. It appears Power subcontracts the actual work. Doubtful that any persons onsite were actual Power employees. How does Power ensure people doing their work are allowed to be in the US? Additionally, crews speak very little if any English which makes it difficult to express any concerns I have while the work is being done."

"It is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO REACH OUT TO YOUR STAFF PEOPLE. And when you do finally get a human voice it is rarely, if ever, the same person. With our siding project the technicians took the dumpster away too early and as a result they took 4 weeks to pick up their leftover supplies from our driveway. And we had called 4 times for a pick up and even after th 4 calls in which they told us that someone would be coming out to pick up the supplies, it still took 4 weeks."

"Nov. 18, 2025. I had the new window installation that was promised to be done in one day but it went over into the next day. I was working but since it was not finished, I had to take off work to see the finished product and what the crew had to say but left without waiting for me even though I was minutes away. It was an inconvenience for me to take off. I didn't think the quality was good enough as before. The inside window trim and the cross trim overlap each other, which is exposing the cross sections, causing gaps that will collect dust and cause the trims to not stick over the course of time. Plus, for the aesthetics, it is causing a bump in the sections rather than a flush. My walls were damage due to careless handling of materials. A claim was filed. Someone came out to check and we went over all the dissatisfaction of the work. A schedule rework was set 3 weeks out. Pictures and notes were taken by the employee. Dec.11, 2025. The scheduled rework arrived and the worker came out. I showed him all the sections that needed to be worked on. All he could work on was 1 window which there was a total of 5 total windows because the time slot was only set for 2 hours and it will require at least 4 hours. No communications between them. So, another rework was scheduled for another 3 weeks. Jan 7, 2026. Scheduled rework was for 9am. No calls prior or notificatios. I then got a call after at 9:06am that the worker will be late about 1 hour due to some meetings being late. Isn't what the scheduled is for, to make it on time and begin work at the scheduled time and not 1 hour later. Now it's rescheduled to finish in another 3 weeks because can only done 2 windows within 2 hours by just replacing the strips. This has been a very very disappointing and dissatisfied experience especially with a well reputable business. It has fall short on many levels to where I feel that we got tricked and we're put in the back burner to fix the installation mishaps."

We were told we would receive one phone call to verify our consultation. My family and I were honestly waiting on multiple calls and those crappy telemarketers. We received one call and it was short and sweet. The day came where we met two really nice gentleman. Hash and Mike, they were a world of pleasantry. We began by them looking at the roof and gutters. I had already spoke to another company and had a friend look at the roof. I knew what was needed and what was not already. Hash and Mike didn’t mess around or lie about anything needed and that was refreshing. The meeting was pleasant and active, I actually wound up keeping them longer than I believed they wanted to stay. I was honestly sold on the Power Brand by the time they left. Our kids were running around and even gave Hash the nickname Hasbrown because even they enjoyed the two guys. We had no problem or annoying phone calls after that. Mike came out one more time to assist us in setting up their mobile app to track all of our documents and progress during the installation. The office staff, in particular, qickly gave us answers to questions or connected us with key people who could assist. Work crew members were punctual, worked very hard and did a great job cleaning the site and preparing left-over materials for pickup (unfortunately it took more than a week for those materials to be picked up). Gutter Project Manager, Kevin, went well beyond the scope of his responsibility to expedite completion of some tasks (related to the SIDING phase) and to arrange for correction of two problems (improper installation of frame around spigot and repair/stabilization of deck railing after siding installation). He also was present when work began on the gutter phase. This was extremely helpful because the wrong size gutters had been ordered (6", rather than 5"). He directed his crew to remove the gutters they had already installed (on the back of the house), and to proceed with the installation of the drip guard all around to make good use of their time before they departed. Kevin also immediately contacted his office to rectify the materials issue. The two fellows (Sorry, I don't remember their names), who showed up to complete the unfinished tasks that had, until then, prevented us from signing off on the siding phase were amazing! Clearly experienced and competent. They installed the louvered vent, fixed the spigot problem (had to replace one sheet of siding to do so properly), replaced the UNTREATED, improper sized boards that had been used to secure the deck railing."

Only issue was when there was rotting wood, there was a resistance to replace it, they were just going to put some plastic on it. Which bummed me out. If we hadn’t been there then that rotting wood might not have been changed. It was changed. I think I expected a bit more integrity to do the right thing when no one was looking. Another small issue is the caulk job is very messy. Instead of smooth lines. It is chunky caulk, layers peeling up. It doesn’t look very good. Other than that, everything was great. But I also don’t have anything to compare it to as this was the first time I have gotten windows."

The salesperson from Power sent me an amendment, but then I told her that I didn’t want the octagon window after all, and that we were gonna do the plane glass without the grids in the back to help bring down the cost. I was told to go ahead and sign the first amendment that they sent and then she would send another one for me to sign. That one never showed up. Then when someone else called to schedule my appointment for installation, I just happen to mention that that is without the octagon window and she said no that’s including the octagon window. She ended up changing that for me, which I was told was gonna be done earlier. And the windows in the back of my house have the grids which is fine. It just seemed that once the sale was made then the sales people weren’t as attentive as they were before."

It is things like that - If it had not been an installer that took as much time and was just trying to get through the job, they may have tried to patchwork it without telling us, and something could have happened later, but we are aware of it, he fixed it, and it looks great!"

Everything on this job went like clockwork, from the foreman inspecting the roofing materials the day they were delivered, to the completion of the roof as scheduled, to a thorough site clean-up. The foreman deducted the cost of excess materials from my invoice before payment. Every one of the people I dealt with, in person and on the phone, was professional, outgoing, knowledgeable, confident, and pleasant."

However, we just found another window with a scratch that needs to be replaced, so I can't give them five stars. The people we dealt with were wonderful. We enjoyed meeting and dealing with them. The installation part was not the best. The caulking was kind of messy, and they had to come back and clean that up as well. They installed seven windows, and we got thirteen more. We were pleased enough to get more windows from them, mostly because the people we were dealing with were very kind. I'm sure everything will be rectified in the long run. I would recommend them with the caveat there needs to be a final inspection so we know the windows are clean and there are no problems with them. So far, we're not there yet."

They have rot! But what if I had cancelled the job…after all she was there in my 3 day cancellation period. Were you going to take responsibility and caulk the damage done so I didn’t get further rain and weather problems? The install was done a day early and that was fantastic. As to their quality only time will tell, but I am greatful for the unlimited warranty on them as well as the labor."

"We were told after the project was completed and we had completed our quality assurance survey of other identified issues. During the initial evaluation it was explained that if any problems were identified it would be brought to our attention. We were ok with this and expected to possibly have other areas/problems identified bc of the age and quality of the home and materials used when it was built. Instead an exterior door that was noted during the remodeling to have areas of wood rot was encapsulated and now there is a concern of water pooling and potentially voiding the warranty- of course we were offered to have the door added to our completed work, however, the decision had to be made on the spot so our loan could be reworked. Not a 7 pm decision maker. Disappointed bc up to that point it seemed as if everything had gone well. Other concern is all the roof edges had to pulled up to install the siding/fascia. When we asked about the roof edges being pulled up and away the response was - " the stuff they installed usually goes on before the roof gets installed." And left all edges of the roof shingles pulled up.Roof is newer but doesn't look like it anymore."

"We had a great experience up until quality control came to talk with us and check on the previous work. I gave them a 5 out off 5 star rating and they assisted me on sending the review to ANGIE. I truly meant it. These were two guys that came to make sure the windows were done correctly. I do not remember their names but one was the main guy and talked the whole time. He brought another guy that I guess he was training. After the great ratings and talking, he said his company wanted him to go up in our attic and around the house to make sure our house was in a good enough shape to help support the window's warranty. He did explain that the warranty would be honored no matter what, but that it would be good to see what other work needed to be done. We live in a 46 year old home and had the original windows. ( some with cracks and small holes in glass). Anyway, we paid $7,800 for these new windows, which was well worth it to us and we were proud of them. After looking all over our house, the main guy said he found $32,000 worth of work (he had pictures) that needed to be done, otherwise if we did sell our house, these problems were going to show up in an inspection. He kept on pushing it, and did end up portioning the work out so it wasn't so expensive at a time. We are both retired and receive Social Security. We are not in great health and are not going to go in debt to fix this whole house. I finally explained to him that if I did sell my house, it would be "As Is" He then, "laughed" and commented, "WHY WOULD YOU EVEN SPEND $7,800 ON WINDOWS, THEN?" I said because We wanted them, BUT I WISHED I HADN'T BOUGHT THEM NOW..NOT FROM THEM."

"While I've had great experiences on past projects with Power, this time around was incredibly different. My partner and I were strong armed into running a credit check which negatively impacted my ability to refinance my home (which I made the sales rep aware of). He reassured me that the check would not impact anything but I ended up losing $5k in my refinance in result. Instead of it being a soft credit check, it was processed as if I was taking out a loan which decreased my income to debt ratio for refinancing. I had to chase down Power to provide me proof that I never took out a loan to pay for the project as ALWAYS intended to pay in cash (this was also expressed to the sales rep on site). Power advised that they couldn't provide verification on a letter head and could only email this information (which was unacceptable). Additionally, I was never contacted after the project was completed other than a letter to sign and received zero information on where to pay for the service (electronically). I had to call Power in order to pay. Once I paid, I never received an invoice or confirmation of payment for my records. When I called to request an invoice, all I received was an email stating that I paid with zero line items included. I was also told Power doesn't send invoices. It wasn't until my partner called in to complain that we were provided an invoice for our records. I cannot understand why an invoice would not be provided when paying thousands of dollars for a project. That not only leaves Power at risk but its customers as well. Power is also incredibly overpriced. After investigating the market trends, they're coming $2k - $5k over average asking prices for specific projects."

Note also that pane-less glass is more prone to bird strikes, so I'm also having to buy anti-bird film to cover the fancy glass ($200). Overall the new windows enhance the look of the home and set it apart from otherwise identical houses in our subdivision. Pricing (with same-day signing discounts) was comparable to a quote we got for working directly with pella."

"We decided to go with Power to have all of the siding replaced because of their lifetime warranty and the insulated siding. First and foremost, it took a total of 4 weeks to have the job completed when it was estimated to complete within 5 days. I gave them a benefit of the doubt because it rained a couple of days, but ultimately shouldn't have set them back that long. In less than a month after completion, siding came off due to 15-20mph winds. It was repaired, but it still comes loose. Fast-forward a couple of months into the rainy season, we now have an active leak from the chimney where the siding was replaced, damaging the ceiling dry wall. I've contacted warranty services, and they have told me that the installers would be out to repair this on a certain day, but I've yet to see them. Also, no sort of communication was sent letting me know that the installers were not making it out that day. I've had to call every time to check on the status; This is the 3rd time scheduled (We are now in the 3rd week and repairs have yet to be done). Paying a much higher than average cost to go with Power, I was expecting an exceptional level of quality and expertise. I am still not convinced I made the best decision, and even after I get these repairs, I still won't have 100% peace of mind that everything was installed properly. If you enjoy high costs and are only looking for a lifetime warranty, go with Power, otherwise look elsewhere for your siding needs."

The roofer initially used a tarp to protect our blueberry and blackberry plants but removed them after the removal of the old shingles. Several of the branches were broken by the roofer electrical and air line. The pickup of the job site, specifically around the the rear parking area was not done as we have found multiple nails."

"The siding crew would tell us that they would be there and not come. Later they told me that they had no materials during the times they did not come. They left old insulation on the windowsills and gray bits of the underside insulation all over the yard. They did not come every week day and then only stayed a half day sometimes. Sometimes they were there a full day. The window replacement crew was efficient and clean. We appreciated the way that they cared for our home. The door replacement crew came much later than we expected. The doors were not ready by April 1 as we were told. Gutters were quickly installed. No mess left behind."
