After installation, I stepped on a piece of glass in our bathroom, lost the majority of my windowsill width, have to fill in the gouge marks around several windows, and repaint around every window. I pointed out that two of the screens arrived dented and was told new ones were ordered - that was two months ago and no one reached out to me.”

Aesthetically awkward at valley of two roof lines. Still awaiting a heavy rain to make sure water drains appropriately.”

The sliding door and window, the products, and the installation were subpar; I had to talk to them about removing the wood that was rotted and caulking properly. For the money I paid, it was subpar service. The installers were not going to change out the wooden frame for the sliding door until I talked to them. I was disappointed about that. I phoned again and told them about the caulking and how one of the blinds isn't fully closing. They are going to send someone to redo the caulking and replace the blind.”

Payments start 30 days after window install is complete and honestly, it’s not complete. I was told to sign off on the work being done and then they would submit the claim under warranty. There shouldn’t be anything to do with a warranty. They arrived damaged. Again, paid ____ amount of money to have broken screens installed”

“We have an issue with the windows that they sold us. The screens don't function properly. We tried to get in contact with the quality assurance manager, R.J. Tucker, and couldn't. We got the service department and talked to Steve. He said he would get back to us. He said it was a design issue. The screens don't go all the way to top of the window. That doesn't make any sense. We aren't satisfied with that. The screens should clear the bottom window and they don't. We requested a copy of our invoice and warranty for our tax records. We haven't gotten those. No one gets back in touch with us now. I am really dissatisfied with that.”

It was out of bubble any way you put the level ! At first he try to say the framing was wrong , not the window. After that he spent the rest of his time telling us we needed to buy siding for the gable side of the house right now. To protect the new windows warranty they just installed. He was shown a damaged book shelf that was damaged during the instillation of windows. The job had been moved forward. We were given less than 36 hours to move everything in the way .We were informed the book shelf would be moved by workers if they needed to. Pictures were taken. We were informed some one would get in touch about compensation for the damage. WE have yet to hear from anyone.”

I called them and they said they would send some touch up paint. I paid too much for this door to be brushed off for paint.”
