“I did not like trying to be manipulated into getting new siding for a outrages cost of 54,000 dollars, then dropped to 45,000 After speaking to another retailer it would only cost around 25,000. So even though did purchase trimming. Which was told was also to high, i would not recommend power. I will be getting new siding but not with power and only because I want new color update.”

“The 1st experience with window installation was wonderful! Communication was great, no surprises and the install team were fantastic! Quality control came over after to check the work and was able to entice us to do our next set of windows. Once the contract was signed, communication stopped. They ended up ordering totally different windows than what we talked about and instead of telling us that they would look different, they just sent the amended contract to be signed. Leaving it to us to read the measurements and be able to tell the vast difference (which we couldn’t just based on measurements). No one called to schedule an install date, we had to call to find out when they were coming. On the install date, the previous work team arrived (they are wonderful!) and pulled out windows that looked nothing like what we were expecting! Given the fact that communication had been so bad, we were not expecting this change. We agreed to the install, as we had signed the contract (not knowing what a vast difference there was in what we’d previously discussed). The install went great and the windows ended up being beautiful, but given our dissatisfaction at the time of install, we expected quality control to come back out or at least call. We love your windows, but will not be doing anymore projects with you.”
“These folks were on the job and dedicated to your satisfaction. There were only a few things that could be improved on. The fact that we have 1940s windows in our old home, meant that there were voids on each side of the windows about 2 to 3 inches wide and 4 inches deep for the counter weighted windows, that means a dead spot in the walls on each side of the airtight windows. we just recently did some renovations in the master bedroom and when we took the paneling down to drywall there was light and air coming from those areas that may not make it past the drywall, but unfortunately radiates cold or hot through that area into the home. I asked them about that space before the installation and was told it would be addressed by the sales person, but the crew said that they do not do that. The next issue was with the pricing, doors were just way out of line, and didn't want to pay that for a door, ever! Then they charge by the unit for windows instead of the size and time that it would take to do each window. that made the job very expensive when you have some very small windows and they still charge the unit price of thousands for each unit. The last was no one cleaned the windows or the sills after installation, there was caulk and debris, smudges and prints so we had to clean all the windows and vacuum and wipe the sills instead of feeling like we could just enjoy them for the money instead of working on them right after they worked on them. I also have one window that is not working properly, and some of the weather stippings are coming out also on others, and some yellowing on the sliders for some reason.”
