We went with Power due to reputation, delivery date, and you matched the cost that our neighbors recently experienced in their roof repair (we all have similar houses). The price increase of about 8K for not agreeing when the rep was here almost lost us as we had viable alternatives. I would recommend dropping the tactic. It did not work for the gutters we were looking to fix. We left that on the table due to the price.”

She physically went into the warehouse and found my windows that had been there for sometime under my homes prior owners name Also during the install of the new windows (*not the replacement ones), a manager came out and "took a look" in my attic and the outside of my house. Said I needed new siding price went from 52,000 to 32,000 in less than 10 minutes. Oh but offer only good at that moment, not a day later. I just spent almost 7k, maybe give a customer time to get finances together. That felt like a crappy sales pitch requiring a rush decision on a lot of money”
