“I was pleased that Metropolitan was willing to do small repair work on a roof they didn't install. They were the 3rd company I had called and the other two weren't willing to do minor repair work. Chris is polite, very prompt and knowledgable. The only issue is communication with one of the crews that came to inspect the roof. It wasn't clear that they actually hadn't done the work and had just done with inspection because they didn't speak English well and I don't speak Spanish.”

“We had a water leak at a window and Metropolitan found that it was coming from a leak in the roof. They replaced the plywood and shingles very efficiently and removed all debris. Metropolitan also replaced siding on a gable, again a clean efficient job.”

“The team was confused as to the specific soffit work that was contracted. They needed to come back. I also inquired about other work to fix a leak around a skylight. We had one interchange and I dont believe that Chris ever followed back up with me. I go the feeling that you are not interested unless it is a high ticket item.”

“The reason I am giving them a 3 rating is because I think they are little to expensive, they didn't deliver on time, and it took to long for them to start and complete the job. Also, there was a problem that I don't feel was properly taken care of.”
