We had another company come out here to give us a quote, and I had every intention of having this other company do our roof, but if I have to track you down, I'm not going with you. Aspenmark was thorough, professional, and literally went the extra mile; they had to custom order a tarp for our pool because it’s so large. Instead of covering it with two or three tarps, they got a tarp big enough to fit the pool to protect it. There were guys in my flowerbed getting all of the roof nails out that may have fallen out when either they were working on the roof. They took care of all the little teeny details so that I didn't have to screw with it, and I thought that was so awesome. Plus, they went back to the insurance company a couple of times for us to fight for things that they thought should have been covered more thoroughly, and they won. They had to not only replace the roof, but they also put in a roof vent instead of turtle vents. Literally, when we were talking about it, I said, 'Hey what about this?' They said, 'We can do that; this is what it'll do,' and they explained the whole process. I wanted an extra roof vent put in where it wasn't necessarily needed, but I felt it was important because of the pitch of our roof. He said, 'No, no, no, for this square footage, this is what it says. It makes sense to put one here,' so they went ahead and put one where I wanted it. When they were reroofing my covered back porch, they found that my roof had been leaking down in front of the door; I could never figure out why it was leaking or where it was coming from. When they pulled the roof off of the garage and the porch, he said, 'Have you been having leaking problems?' I said, 'Yeah I have. Right here,' and he said, 'Let me show you why.' Apparently it was because the guys who put on my covered back porch didn't do the roofing properly, so there was an entire extra layer of shingling up there that was causing the leak. Aspenmark ripped all that off and did it properly—I literally didn't have to worry about anything. They took care of everything. Every time I thought I was going to have a question, they already had it answered or fixed. I would give them an A+, no complaints. They weren't the cheapest, but they were the best.”

As far as getting into a computer, you have to sign it. That's not fair. If you recommend a neighbor and a next-door neighbor—I'm looking at her house as we speak, and she's got a new roof. It's unfair, but otherwise they have quality work, and everything else is great.”

Then—it's under warranty, and there's a small issue to be fixed, and now you can't get a hold of them and, when you finally do, then you don't hear from them. The gentleman in charge of the roofing, Tony Alianelli, was great to work with. The crew that did the roof did a real good job on the roof, but as far as them tearing down my gate and not telling me about it, that kinda rubbed me wrong. They were going to come back on Monday to fix it, and I have a dog that goes out in the backyard. We got it fixed that night, and they came back and fixed it the next day right. Overall I'd give them about a C because of the work crew.”

“They started to put a new roof on our home on a day where every weather station in town, every app that had weather information on it, said it was going to be a very strong storm coming through. What they communicated to us was that if there was over thirty percent chance of rain, they wouldn't start. We communicated this to the people who were there, and they tore off half the roof. It started pouring, they left, and we had major leaks going into our house. They get a D. I wouldn't recommend them.”

“My experience was 87% positive. I'm still trying to get the work done. Not the roofing part, but there were three parts to the job: there was roof, there were gutters, and there was the fence. The roofing part was 95%, the gutter part I'll give 82%, because it took forever to get them here. And the fence, what should have been a two-day job I'm still waiting for them to come today. They'll be here at ten. I would give them an A. There were some cracks in the customer service.”

The only issue I had on that visit was that the gentleman in question was recommending a follow-up on another roof that they had worked earlier. And he dropped the ball. When I had finally gotten back in touch with somebody there, they said that he had left the company shortly thereafter. So, that probably explains the problem. If somebody asked me, I would give them their name.”
