The crew doing the work took extensive photos of the job from beginning to end. This allowed me to see that the installation of the materials was done to manufacturers specifications. “Incredibly expensive and used “today” pricing predatory sales tactic. The actual workers were terrible - did about zero cleanup of nails scattered everywhere. Damaged my window screens and deck by being careless not applying the contractual surface coverings. Their boss did not show up on time and the workers couldn’t/wouldn’t communicate anything to me. (And customer service was unavailable during some of the hours the crew was working,) The only reason you’re getting two stars instead of one is that I do believe it’s a good product and I see the value of the longevity and warranty.”

“Everything was smooth and professional until we realized the installers weren’t aware they needed to remove the wood rot that made us want the install in the first place. I hope it’s not standard to cap wood rot to make it look nice, I was under the impression full reframing and new windows meant down to the studs ! That’s what I wanted and clarified with the reps. This needs to be better communicated on all fronts.”

“Lukas introduced himself with his partner and they arrived an hour early. Once they started it was non-stop and they completed in 3 hours as stated. They cleaned up and were very thorough on the project”

“Work crew left without indicating that the job was complete. Upon our inspection, we found additional materials left on our lawn. Certain detailing was questionable. 2 of our window sills were damaged. 2 of our window well covers were damaged. Many screws/fasteners were found by the naked eye. We are also still waiting for our upper floor window shutters to be installed. Going back to the time of completion, we were expecting to do a walk through with a project manager which did not happen. Was this an oversight or were we mistaken?”

“One of the alleged supervisors refused to properly explain incorrect and misrepresented charges, then refused to investigate what I was provided with. It turns out, I had one faulty window and one incorrect window. It took 3 phone calls to finally get this rectified. Brian should be demoted to positions where he is not in direct contact with customers.”
