“I think a visual on how each part works, either on the app or website, would be useful. There were a lot of people involved and it was overwhelming to keep up with who was who and who still had to be there. The time it took to complete the project was amazing. The clean up of the extra materials took longer than needed. Had to call three times to discuss this and get two things fixed. Overall, pleased with the company and I was glad to oversee it! My home is gorgeous and radiates positive energy!”

“The PM’s come to the site and assure you that any questions or concerns you have they will come out and help you out. They achieved the opposite. They were rude, refused to come out to help us with our concern at first. Took lots of calls and emails for them to take a look at a hole they left uncovered. They provide you a phone number and extension directly to them to best assist you. Also, not true. Called the extension and never reached the PM just some dude saying he can’t transfer us to the PM. So why provide an extension?”

“Crew arrived almost 2 hours late with no call, nothing. Home was not protected from construction dirt as promised. The two-man crew did not speak much English, so it was hard to communicate with them, and in the beginning, I asked him to please drape the doorways and cover the furniture, and he said “no dust”, and they did not do that! Windows were left smeared and dirty, nails and other debris left in our garden, a hole was put in chimney siding with the ladder, caulk was sloppy in places and one window would not open properly. I had a supervisor come out and investigate. He tried to adjust the window, but it ended up making noise, although it opened. They are supposed to come Monday and redo that window. No remedies were offered other than repairing the one window, cleaning the windows, and picking up the debris, I told him I spent eight hours cleaning the dirt and dust off of my kitchen counters and floors, and the rest of the house. At the time of sale, the salesman assured me that the screens sealed really well, and there would be no bugs coming in. The day after installation, there were several bugs inside the screens, and they move out of place easily. Be advised, they will smash your garden plants, and they put in the paperwork that they’re not responsible for that. I had two large, beautiful hydrangeas, and they were completely smashed up by the man with the ladder. they look like they’re dying now. I am very unhappy with the product, quality of work and mess that was left. Four windows, $11,000, Not worth it!!!”

“Installation overall service we like. The product is great. But what we didn’t like is how at the last minute the way a window opened was changed not matching the window from across the way. Unsure what prompted that change since when we talked to the original guy who did the introduction to the project we spoke about it and agreed to it. But when the second guy came in to remeasure that’s when the confusion happened and things were changed. That is the only thing I have an issue and is what I’m letting people know when they ask how we like the service.”

“My whole experience was soured by the lack of communication that I experienced. On the first job, the crew crashed the glass light next to the garage door. Neither the installers nor Mike S., who was there for a couple of hours, never told me about it. I discovered it the next day. I sent a note with pictures to customer service and was told that they would pay for the broken light but not what was the matching lamp in the other side of the door. They finally agreed to have someone come over to install both lights, but I still had to pay to buy the second. I’m not to sure they will actually have someone come over, but we’ll see.”
