We recently used Joe and his amazing team to remodel a bathroom. Joe is incredibly patient and easy to work with. I had some very specific ideas, and he never tried to talk me out of them. All the people that touched the tile, woodwork, electrical and plumbing were top notch, and the everything was reasonably priced. I won't hesitate to use Joe and his team on our next project.

I had a fantastic experience with John, Brent and the rest of their wonderful staff at J&K from start to finish. I was initially impressed by how quickly they responded to my inquiry and sent someone out for an inspection. What I appreciated most was their zero-pressure approach—they let me know there was no immediate rush for the project. However, since I preferred to get it done sooner rather than later, they quickly drew up a comprehensive plan at my request. Once I accepted the work order, the communication was excellent; they clearly articulated the scope of work and the timelines. On the day of the job, the supervisors and crew were incredibly professional and efficient, wrapping up the project quickly. They were also extremely thorough with the job site cleanup. I am thrilled with the quality of the work and highly recommend them!

Brent and his team deliver outstanding customer service and craftmanship in the work they have completed for me. From a complete refinishing of new vinyl siding, fascia, gutters, and roof repair they were very honest and transparent on the process and providing very accurate quotes to the scope with zero exceptions. They were also very accommodating to allow me to wire a new electrical box for a ring flood light providing me lighting and security to my home. Brent and his team stand behind their warranty. They've come out on two occasions to repair shingles and fascia after a major windstorm in other areas that were not part of the original work. Excellent customer service is very difficult to find these days. J&K will always be the ones to call for any home repairs. Keep up the great service.

J&K Home Improvement and Restoration did an outstanding job replacing my roof. From start to finish, John Lee made the process easy to understand and completely stress-free. He explained everything clearly and showed great expertise. He even uncovered an issue left by the original builders and addressed it without hesitation—true integrity! The crew was top-notch—professional, efficient, and courteous. They completed the job in about 10 hours and left my property spotless. You’d never know they were there except for the beautiful new roof! I highly recommend J&K to anyone in need of roofing work. A true 5-star experience from a company that cares about quality and customer satisfaction.

This company is amazing! They are also a hard working, conscientious, caring group of young men. Henry is the one who first took a look at my roof. He is such a sweet man. He is careful of his work, took pictures and showed me how much damage I had. He is really good at taking care of the customer. He and his crew put some small finishing touches in. I was so happy!!! Justin took care of the paperwork. He explained everything, was great with answering questions, and made sure all the paperwork was completed. I didn’t have to worry about anything. The whole process was expeditious and worry free. I can’t thank J&K enough!
