“I don't have confidence in the company right now. It's in the middle of the job - not completed yet. The project manager, in the beginning, did a good job. But he doesn't return my phone calls. I know he's busy moving from state to state. I don't even know the status with the company. I'm up against an October 19th deadline to have this work completed, and it's major. A tornado hit my house. The two skylights in the roof didn't look damaged, and they put on the new roof. Then the insurance company said they had to do the skylights because otherwise the warranty on the roof will not hold. J & K Home Improvement said that was not correct. Now I can't get anybody to return my calls, so I'm not in a very good spot right now.”
