“The installation team was professional, efficient, and did excellent work, which I greatly appreciated. My hesitation in fully recommending Power Home Remodeling is related to the product selection and sales process. The rear windows that were installed removed an important functional feature I previously had — both sashes opening for safe cleaning from inside the home. This change was not clearly explained during the sales process and was presented as an upgrade. While the workmanship was excellent, losing a key functionality that affects safety and ongoing maintenance was disappointing and impacts my overall recommendation.”

“Other than minor damage to vinyl plank floor in one room, the installation went perfect. One part of the installation, there is a really strong acrid smell from the adhesive or the caulking, they should warn people in advance of that. Somebody that is home by themselves, might have to leave the house during the installation and they would not be warned about that. Their arrival time was spot on. They had respectful conversations and they did not smoke while on the property. They also made really good use of their time here. Every person was busy all the time. They would also ask for permission to use the restroom while they were onsite instead of just using it without asking.”
