“Contractor did not provide workers a port-a- potti, was told they would use bathrooms at local businesses, first question upon arrival by workers was a request to use our bathroom, my wife is handicapped and home alone at the time and the employee insisted he should be able to use our bathroom. I had to leave work to handle this. The contractor asked that we be home to do final inspections on the siding and the gutters, the dates changed several times causing me to lose time at work.”

“The widow crew were the best team of guys. Flashing guys were good. They lacked in the cleaning up. Found a lot of nails and screws in my driveway. In the grass I found some of the old gutter brackets. The gutter crew was not as good as the other teams. Started off dragging the tarps around. Two guys was carrying a tarp near my back deck and laid it on my steps. The guy carrying the back end and dropping it on the steps and stood back talking to the guy holding the front part. As I went down the steps with one foot on the driveway. Just as I brought my other foot up to step down the guy in the front holding the tarp move it and cought my foot and cause me to fall . My nlkneehit the concrete my jaw he the bumper on themy truck bumper.. I got up and got in the truck to leave. The guy in charged asked if I was ok. I just said I guess. Still can't lean on my knee. Clean up was bad also. Told them I'd be back in an hour but they left 15 minutes before I got back. Front porch gutter was too short and water spilled over the side. Had to come back and replace it.”

“The initial sales person and project manager were both awesome. They were thorough and treated me with respect. However, the installation guys were rude and did not respect my property. They started bringing the windows through my garage by my car and through my newly renovated kitchen where they could have damaged my countertops or appliances by walking through a narrow opening with large bulky windows. The distance from a drive through gate to my bedroom was shorter but they kept coming through my home. A neighbor who happens to be a general contractor told them to stop going through my home. I thought that was very disrespectful. After the installation was complete, the quality manager showed up to pressure me into buying more windows. He offered to lower the rate whichnI should have been offered from the beginning.”

“Our gutters are leaking”

“The service was fast and impressive. After the project was done I noticed there were some leftover products, old stuff, screws, and nails around the yard. I have dogs and if they ate that there would be a lot of problems. We had trouble getting managers out to double check the job of the workers after we told them some products were incorrect and when they finally came out (between 1-2 weeks after our initial notice, they realized we were right and corrected their mistake. Some of the guys over the phone were rude mentioning that jobs weren't done well because their contractors aren't paid enough.”

We could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone was great, and the installers were wonderful. There were a couple of snafus with one of the windows not being level, which we thought could have been a builder's issue, but the installer was able to work it out so that you wouldn't have even known it. He reassured us that he could take care of that beforehand. It is things like that - If it had not been an installer that took as much time and was just trying to get through the job, they may have tried to patchwork it without telling us, and something could have happened later, but we are aware of it, he fixed it, and it looks great!”
