“Power’s sales strategy feels pressuring and a bit predatory. Despite sales folks saying things like “are you sure” and “we’d never want anyone to make a pressured decision,” the strategy of offering limited time discounts with a hard decision point at every contact and prolonging each visit with many offers and a long sales pitch is off putting. I would completely recommend Power for their product quality and installation services, but would hesitate to recommend to a friend or relative simply because I wouldn’t want to subject them to this sales strategy. Power’s product and service is good enough that they would do better as a business if they’d leave off the manipulative sales tactics.”
