“sorry but no we can not recommend them”
“Everyone was very professional, kind and were ready to listen if I had any concerns.”
“Easy no hard sell.”
“Everyone was friendly and cared of what I thought.”
“The process was easy and the crew was professional.”
“All good”
“I had constant communication with the project managers and the crews on site. They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I was surprised at how affordable I was able to get my much needed updates completed and how quickly I could get it done.”
“There work is very professional”
“They do a good job”
“Everyone was professional, kind, and included us if changes with installation were necessary.”
“Sales - very informative, window quality and performance to be determined as we have had our completed project for over a week. Staff on site - kind, respectful communication, diligent; left mostly a clean environment afterwards. Pieces of gutter or nails were left behind - which I didn’t see until I spent more time outside and around the house. So I did sign off on work site cleanliness but it’s hard to see the smaller hazards (particularly for kids). Communication via app was not effective. the app was advertised as major way of communication, we were not able to contact our project manager on the weekend even though a crew was at our house working. Also, we would see a date and time scheduled for a project in the app. It would remain the same date and time up until the evening before when they would change the arrival time with out confirmation with us that the 3-4 hr change in arrival time worked for us. The app seemed largely like a one way communication. More awareness by installers regarding existing garden/landscaping. Gutter removal and fascia install resulted in many broken branches on a rhododendron. I asked the window installer to move the ladder off of coneflower bush as many stems were snapped. He was apologetic and understood as was more aware of ladder placement as the project continued. I’d like if they were more aware from the start. If I was not home at the start of their project to notice the placement of their ladders, much of my landscaping could have been damaged Overall, happy with our choice but will have to wait and see how these new gutters and windows holdup through the seasons.”
“They did an excellent job. Love the siding”
“There were some things I really liked about your company like products, work ethics, people, knowledge, calling you and checking in with you during the process. But some things were very frustrating for me with the final results, questions I had, & the end process with signing things. And then everybody just disappears, they’re done with you, after the jobs were done, and I made a phone call, I didn’t get a phone call back, and never heard from anybody again. I am left feeling uncomfortable with things about the job.”
“I purchased a whole house new windows installation. Starting from the day of the installation to the completion of the last window installed, not to include the repairs of parts that were already broken at the factory, the process took two months and two weeks. On the installation day, one window was missing from the order so I had to wait for Power to re-order. I called them after one month to allow them time to work out the issue, but only received response after multiple follow up calls for another month. One of the windows had a major part failure from the factory. The window wouldn’t open. I purchased brand new windows, so a major factory error like this makes me question the quality of the product. It was fixed after the last window was installed two months and two weeks later, but the repair was pretty rough on the brand new frame. Another repair still hasn’t been completed as of today, three months after the initial installation. To make sure these repairs can get taken care of at the time the last window is installed, I reminded Power staff to bring necessary materials and equipment on my every call or text message conversation with them, but still, they were missing parts when they came over and needed to order parts from the manufacturer.”
“I was very uncomfortable when I was told the price to do my roof and gutters had to be decided immediately or it would be a higher price.”
“The sales presentation was very long and then when they installed, the quality inspector was pushy with my husband on buying more.”
“I was guaranteed that my electric bill would reduce by at least 40%. I have seen no change in my bill, nor the temperature in my house from my old windows. Not to mention the fact that 22,000 is ridiculous for windows and wasn't aware there was a $19000.00 finance charge on top of that! Are you frigging kidding me???? Who in their right mind would pay $40,000.00 for windows?? We'll, I got scammed and I hope nobody else is stupid enough to do the same!!!! I have tons of medical bills due to cancer and this certainly didn't help! Thank you for nothing!!!!!”
“I am disappointed and sad to give a 1 star. The experience was not good with Power. I also plan on giving a review with the BBB. It seems like this was an intentional. Many of the staff were nice. The main project manager was good, but he was the only person that answered questions and gave any validation of my concerns. After the sales pitch, the experience was went down. As a result, the initial contact has was seen as a bait and switch. After we agreed to the price set with the sales rep and got on the schedule, the staff member who came after the sales team to prep us for the project start informed us that there was some items that were incorrect. We were told that drip edge was left off the mad our house was not measured correctly by the rep. The new price went from 50,000 to more than 14,000 more. We were told by the rep without us asking that he could not take the hit for all of the costs. As a result we made adjustments and paid more for the companies mistake. If the role was reversed, there is no world where if I made a mistake, Power or their partners are okay with me asking for a reduced price. We had to compromise to get the price down by removing parts of the original design. This only got us down to 58,0000. We still proceeded based on our initial experience and misplaced trust we put into you. During meetings with Tyler and Michael, we were told that the crews would clean up and the job would be professional. We were told that we might see a few things, but it would be clean. This was not our experience. Our onsite project lead was a good person and communicated well when here. But, the clean up after the project was not good. In addition, there were some items like screens, lights, items that were supposed to be reattached, parts that we were told would be repaired, and other issues that occurred. Before I mention some of those, I would like to say that there was incredible pressure put on me to sign completion certificates despite me saying there were issues. I was told that the certificate completion activates my warranty. However, the certificate also states to not sign if the job is not completed to your satisfaction. Despite that, I was continuously asked to sign the completion certificate. Once the siding was complete, I asked the project manager who was taking over for the original project manager if they could come walk through with me, but we could never find a time. That project manager also asked if they emailed me saying that if I signed the certificate, my concerns would still be addressed would that be okay. I never received that email, but I was still asked to sign. Issues we had included very poor clean up. There was debris and trash left around the house. It was very visible debris. Equipment items were left behind in the yard. A few of our screens were ripped and we were not about it. Outdoor lightbulbs were not replaced. We later discovered that one of our bulbs was broken. That bulb was thrown in the woods. There was also nails and debris from siding and/or gutters around the house. A bag of mulch was thrown over a small wall we have and not put back. There was also trash such as bottles and other items that were thrown in the yard and surrounding area. Someone did come out after I sent some pictures and voiced my issues. When this person came, they said there were some items missed. They also said it was not that bad which was not correct. They did take off the price for the drip edge, which we were charged for and was left off of the house. They also noted that they could put items up that were not hung before. However, he told me I need to get the light bulbs for lights to be replaced which they broke and hooks for the chimes. The hooks were lost or discarded by Power staff. I thought this was in poor taste that we replace items that you all lost or discarded. Our doorbell was also left unattached. While dealing with all of these issues, I was asked almost everyday to complete my documents. Brandon was one of the only staff members to actually come over and listen to the concerns and try to remedy them. I was told by someone that our initial measurements were so off, that it seems like a it was done on purpose in order to make the sell. I can believe this because of the poor service I received. I had to ask about getting money back for wood that was not used. As I alluded to before, there was no mention of lowering my price because of the companies mistakes, but there was pressure to complete a completion certificate. There was also a mention of my order being sent to collections if I do not sign. Although. this is an internal collections from what I was told, this was still concerning in light of the fact that I was dealing with concerns. This was a very disappointing experience that is not worth the stress it causes me.”
“Everyone from salesman to inspector was friendly, on time with their appointment and knowledgeable about the process and the windows.”
“Great products”
“When asked by neighbors we were pleased to give them your information.”
“There's a few spots on install that seem sketchy”
“They did an excellent job. I'm very happy with what they have done. It really looks nice.”
“Yes, I would recommend them to a friend. You’re very professional in your work and a job. Well done thank you.”
“Professional, courteous, responsive crews. Attentive to details. Daily cleanup during work. Quick follow-up on minor issues after work was completed.”
“On top of the work and able to finish on time, as promised.”
“Power Home Remodeling was very thorough and checked back on their work to make sure that everything was done to my satisfied before they moved on. That is not typically of every company.”
“l should have been given more information about these complicated doors and windows work.”
“They were great through every step of the process.”
“We had the entire house done: Roof, windows, and siding. I can definitely recommend the company, but I also feel there is room for improvement.”
“The final product was very good. They were good at addressing our concerns. The communication was good throughout the project.”
“Powers app is especially handy. It shows past and future dates of service”
“First read the fine print. The management was very good to deal with and accommodating. Just don’t talk to Tommy he doesn’t play well with others.”
“The work done was great. A noticeable improvement in looks and quality over my old roof. The price makes it a little hard to easily recommend, however, I believe the quality of the materials will make the investment far worth it in the long run.”
“Service was great. Sales seemed a little bit pushy, but thatbisbto be expected with sales.”
“My house looks fantastic and I have received many compliments. It had for some insane reason double siding which hid numerous problems. All fixed now with cozy insulation and lovely colors 😊”
“Better communication needed with clients and internally. There were several miscommunications that caused delays, such as wrong color door, a window that was left out of the order, and timing of install. The various departments don't seem aligned well enough. The install crew was fabulous though - highly recommended. Given that our job was very expensive and that we were given very high expectations from the beginning, the job just didn't go quite the way we anticipated. However, at the end of the day, Power made everything right but it was a bit of slog to get there.”
“Power Home Remodeling didn't do what they said they were going to do which caused me a lot of trouble. They haven't been back to reinspect the doors, and there are things that are wrong. They took my money when they weren't supposed to because I didn't have the money in the bank, and I told them it would be a day later. They said don't sign anything, but the guy that installed the door insisted that I sign the finish paperwork. He told me that it wouldn't draft my account, but they drafted my account early. The money wasn't in the bank. I still haven't received any callback from anybody regarding the stuff that they didn't do right. No inspector, who was suppsoed to come when the job was done, has come back out here to inspect the work that they have done.”
“The installation process was difficult.”
“The crew never showed up for my first scheduled install. They strung me along all day insisting they were coming but never did. Made a mistake with financing. More interested in selling more projects than customer service.”
“failure to respond to request for Warranty work”
“They have a very good customer service.”
“They were very professional.”
“Work is great. Dealing with corporate types is exhausting”
“As with the Phase 1 replacement window project last November, the process was professional and the execution was high quality.”
“Power Home Remodeling provided an excellent explanation of how their process works. It was an excellent presentation. They provided excellent communication to ensure we knew what they were doing and everybody was on the same page. It was excellent all around.”
“Power Home Remodeling was professional. The two people who were in constant contact with me, Owen and Easton Craig, were good and very professional.”
“Very professional from beginning to end.”
“Service and work were completed as described prior to installation. All followed the description very well”
“Very Professional”
“This is a company that does what they say. The products are outstanding, the people at all levels are knowledgeable & professional. I would highly recommend Power Home Modeling”
“They did an excellent, first class, and a perfect job. When I was younger I installed windows myself, and did not do as good as of a job as they did.”
“I love everything about the company.”
“It was a good experience. They were very knowledgeable.”
“So far everyone has been very professional. The workers were on time and very respectful of our property.”
“They were on time, polite and finished the job in a timely manner”
“I don't hear dogs barking anymore. It feels so nice and clean. It is just different. They are definitely worth it. I already feel a difference in the temperature. It is so good; it feels good to be in the house. They are good windows; they are so easy and flexible.”
“Power Home Remodeling was very thorough. They have an app that keeps track of the schedule. They update it constantly with changes to the schedule, and that makes it easier to plan and make sure you are available for the work. That is always the hardest part with any type of project like this.”
“I liked their team. The sales representatives and the company were well organized.”
“Everything about the process was fantastic. The guys at Power Home Remodeling were great. The contractors were great, and everything was wonderful.”
“The service is top notch and the quality is unbeatable”
“We recommended PHR to our neighbor. They used your company also, and were very satisfied with the work.”
“Good(+)product , good(+)pricing, good(+)staffing”
“The price seems step at first but the customer service, workmanship, product quality and project how up is worth with the cost. I am excited to continue working with power on our other products”
“I liked the quality of the product and the professional installl. The installation team was okay but they didn’t call before arrival and destroyed obvious flower beds and landscaping.”
“Stop trying to high pressure sell other products after installation is completed.”
“We absolutely love our new windows! Power did a great job from start to finish. Our windows were installed by Sky View Windows (one of the sub-contracted businesses they use) Blake and Joseph were our installers. Great guys! Every employee of Power we met over the course of ordering our windows to installation were very friendly and professional! We haven't any complaints whatsoever. We would recommend 😊👍”
“They were efficient and completed the job on time as promised.”
“Everyone I talked to was incredibly personable and very thorough in their explanations, and even the one person who just came to pick up the leftover stuff stopped and talked to us to make sure we knew exactly what was going on.”
“The process was seamless from start to finish, and all the concerns were addressed. The crew onsite did a phenomenal job.”
“If the opportunity to recommend them arises, then I will.”
“They were very timely and answered every question I had. They listened to what I needed and did the job completely.”
“What I have had done so far was very professional. They thoroughly took the time to tell me what was going on.”
“Quality of products, quality of services, installation, warranty, people reliability.”
“Power Home Remodeling offers great service and staff.”
“I had Hurricane shutters and can no longer put them up by myself. I'm very pleased with my new Miami/Dade windows. Everyone was very efficient. The work done was very professional.”
“Over the past few years, we have had three different projects completed by Power Home Remodeling. Across all of these projects, we have been consistently impressed with your company's work. Here are the key reasons why we are likely to recommend you: Efficient and Fast Crews: Your crews are incredibly efficient and work quickly without sacrificing quality. This is a huge benefit for homeowners as it minimizes the disruption to our daily lives. Attention to Detail and Follow-Up: We've experienced your commitment to excellence firsthand. When we had a window that was slightly off-balance, your team was able to adjust it promptly. This level of responsiveness and willingness to address even small issues is very reassuring. Reliable and Respectful Service: Even when faced with challenges beyond your control, like a damaged window during shipping, your team has been reliable. We appreciate that you have communicated a clear plan to replace the window as soon as it's available. We understand that this can take time and we do not hold it against you. Most importantly, your crews are respectful of our property and we have always felt that the work is completed when you say it will be. Strong Project Management: The follow-up from a project manager to address any concerns or comments is a key differentiator. It shows that you care about customer satisfaction even after the work is technically done. Overall, we have been extremely satisfied with the quality of your work, the professionalism of your crews, and your commitment to customer service. We will definitely be recommending Power Home Remodeling to our friends and family for their home improvement needs. Thank you again for the excellent service.”
“It was a very easy, simple, and wonderful experience.”
“I will most likely recommend Power to my family and friends.”
“Power Home Remodeling is professional, friendly, and patient when it comes to getting asked questions and answering questions.”
“Very communicative, efficient and timely; very happy with the overall work. The windows look beautiful.”
“The crew were very efficient doing their job. The cleanup was great.”
“They are a fantas company. They are very professional, very knowledgeable and helpful, very respectful of the home, worked very quickly, and had a good team in here.”
“Power Home Remodeling did a very thorough job; they cleaned fast, and it was a great result.”
“I loved the whole process, from the Alfie showing the product and explaining the process, the gentlemen that came and redid the measurements, to the window installers and Mr Mcglawn who made sure we were satisfied with the product and explained other products the company offered which we took advantage of and was able to set up another project without any issues.”
“Everyone was very polite and friendly. Office and supervisors kept in contact to keep us updated on the project.”
“While time will tell as to whether or not the products stand up to the test of time, they appear high quality. Scheduling, Installation and everything was fast and easy. Most importantly, when something did go wrong it was fixed without argument or hassle.”
“I recommend them to everybody doing their window. I like it.”
“Too expensive for what you get. That and when my insulation was installed they stopped two feet from the ridge line neither side. I could understand if there was a ridge vent but there is not.”
“Clean Up, after the project was completed or while it was being done was lacking FAR too Attention!”
“When the salesperson came out to tell us about the windows and doors, we specified that we wanted an electronic lock. When the people came to remeasure before ordering, they claimed that they had gone over it with Aurora, but she said that they didn't mention the electronic door lock, so she was under the impression that it was included. It came with the regular deadbolt, so I called and told them about it, and they thought they would charge me an extra four hundred dollars. I told them to forget it, so I went and bought and installed it myself.”
“The 2 gentlemen who came to install the windows were rude, made a mess, and did not clean up after themselves.”
“The windows look great, the function is nice, and everything works well. We just had issues with the installation.”
“It was probably because it was disorganized. When they stated they were going to arrive, they didn't show up until later. It took them two days to finish the project, but they had to come back a third time because they left all the supplies there. There was stuff that the salesperson, Ryan, stated would go around the fireplace, but they didn't do that. That was the only thing that he promised that they didn't do.”
“Poor communication and coordination.”
“They do not let you know completely what they are doing or what they are not doing. They leave some things off, and do not tell you about that.”
“The quality of the product. We were shown one type of window and they give us another style.”
“There were consistent issues with communication between power home and ourselves. Power home tried to chaege for the down payment twice and was unable to process it. We werre given inaccurate information by the sales rep, and due to difficulties in communication could not cancel our order within the allotted time, which we wanted to do due to major health issues resulting in a change of finances.”
“didn't order the correct color window. Showed up 4 hours early when I wasn't home. When I mentioned issues, they have disappeared. no calls back, nothing.”
“Awful communication. Unprofessional and negligent workers. Would not recommend.”
