Between the lack of communication between job site crew and Supervisors along with sales people giving out wrong information. Unsafe work practices when installing electrical fixtures. This whole process was borderline terrible..There’s to much to list….”

“We were told after the project was completed and we had completed our quality assurance survey of other identified issues. During the initial evaluation it was explained that if any problems were identified it would be brought to our attention. We were ok with this and expected to possibly have other areas/problems identified bc of the age and quality of the home and materials used when it was built. Instead an exterior door that was noted during the remodeling to have areas of wood rot was encapsulated and now there is a concern of water pooling and potentially voiding the warranty- of course we were offered to have the door added to our completed work, however, the decision had to be made on the spot so our loan could be reworked. Not a 7 pm decision maker. Disappointed bc up to that point it seemed as if everything had gone well. Other concern is all the roof edges had to pulled up to install the siding/fascia. When we asked about the roof edges being pulled up and away the response was - " the stuff they installed usually goes on before the roof gets installed." And left all edges of the roof shingles pulled up.Roof is newer but doesn't look like it anymore.”

“Right now, I can't get anybody from the company to call me. I called Monday and requested someone to call and I have yet to hear from anybody. There are other things that bothered me about the project, so, no I would not recommend them to anybody. There is not a single person who has called us since we completed the project. We paid them $33K and we do not even have a receipt. We have questions about the warranty but can't get anybody to contact us and they left a bunch of materials out in the yard that I had to carry into my garage.”

“First install - one picture window installed at 1/4” cant sitting in frame. Damaged my window pane. QC guy quoted remaining project and missed one window in my dining area. I now have a mismatched window clearly visible. QC said I would not need stools removed cost so that I would proceed with sale (was at my $ limit - literally made the sale) and was ultimately added again Second install - damaged product (not installer fault came as such)”

“Windows appear to be good quality, but they didn’t tell me that there is a metal on the door stoops but not the entire stoop so it is difficult for me to get in the house with a cane. Doors look nice, but I was not made aware of them only having one lock which you need to lock from the outside. They also didn’t get the order right. And I had to pay extra to get the window frosted and wait for almost a month to get the frosted window. You take out a frosted window but don’t order a frosted window to replace it. Then said it was my fault.”

“We loved our sales person. The attic insulation team did a fabulous job. The trim on the other had was another story. They painted our brick, they left trash and tape on our door. The trim installation was unsatisfactory; then ended up redoing the trim installation to achieve expected quality standards. We had to continually chase Power to remove the paint from the brick.”

“Definitely will not recommend. This installation had MANY, many problems. Incorrect door from what was requested. Sloppy finish work. A garbage can of waste left outside my house. QA Manager Murray McKerlie was honest, prompt and made it right. He was the only positive part of the experience. Problems fixed. Now I'm trying to log on to pay my bill. I don't want to pay over 14 years, double the principal amount. My plan from the beginning was to write a check at the end of the job, Instead of honoring that, it was suggested that I set up financing. I now see that the real objective of the Power rep from the beginning was to get me in a terrible financing contract, probably to get a commish Trying to set up an account and make it operational is more than a headache. It seems to be designed to make it difficult. Had I known there would be this many problems, I would not have done business with this company. I question the honesty and integrity of the sales person. I'm a lawyer, and will not be quiet about this miserable experience.”
