“I think that there was some lack of communication resulting in having to re do a few things and ending up not really getting the door knobs that were not really like for like which would have enabled us to lock from the inside. Clean up after the siding was not satisfactory. I found nails and had to bring it up several times and a lot of white siding and facial pieces everywhere which I was told could not be cleaned up. I don’t buy that, your crews should carry electric vacuums that would have made a huge difference in how it looked around the base of the house. I also thought someone should have been here to inspect the work, we had to have them back because the caulk around the windows was lacking, dried and there were gaps. If I didn’t inspect that would have been missed. I felt that having most of the workers not understanding English and me trying to communicate with only one that spoke English was not good. The one who spoke English did as good as he could but sometimes I felt he didn’t fully understand.”

I called dissatisfied, and to you guys my 2 week inconvenience was no big deal, no money off the total bill, nothing. The install crew was great, Customer service over the phone was subpar at best.”
“Everything was great up until installation was complete. We were pushed to have the QA walkthrough the following day after install, which I agreed to. Unfortunately, I’m self employed and had a work emergency that day(main machine broke down) and completely forgot about the appointment that night. I was contacted by your scheduler and was told that someone would be reaching out to me the next day to schedule another QA walkthrough. After 2 weeks of waiting for that phone call to reschedule, I contacted Chase Harris and was told that the QA walkthrough had been marked as complete and there wasn’t a way that it could be rescheduled. I can forward the email. I have several quality issues and was told to just submit them via email which I did this morning 12/4/25.”

Also, the gutter installers left my cable wire hanging down across the entire front of the house including the door. Tyler is slated to fix it this week.”
