“I would not recommend Power House Remodeling to anyone. If you decide to hire them, make sure every single detail is explicitly written into the contract. Specify what materials can be removed or discarded, what must remain, how the installation should be performed, the number of workers assigned to the job, and expectations for cleanup both inside and outside the property. Include requirements for sealing windows that are not replaced and a quality inspection within 3–5 business days. If it matters to you, also document who will be doing the work, including names, background checks, and identification. They strictly follow only what is written in the contract—anything not documented becomes the homeowner’s responsibility. Avoid relying on verbal agreements; get everything in writing.”

My price was lowered based on that correction, which they did not have to do because I did not even know about, but I appreciated them doing that.”

So the cost of the window is a little bit expensive for down South.”
