“The sales person gave us multiple pieces of wrong information, which caused significant issues. Also, he was here for 6 HOURS and blew my entire schedule that day. You need to warn people when they make appointments that it's going to be an all day thing. Also I don't like the high pressure sales tactic. The workmen in the siding crew couldn't speak or understand English, so they couldn't answer the questions I asked them. The door installation had multiple issues, requiring two additional appointments and multiple phone calls to the office to fix. Lastly, your company offers very few color choices in the siding and you didn't have the color I really wanted - your competitors offer many more choices. Overall we love the new look of the house and we're very happy we did it but these are the main reasons you didn't get 5 stars from me.”

“We had Power Home Remodeling do our soffits, fascia, and gutters from 10/6 to 10/10. During their time here, they left loose screws scattered throughout the yard to the point that I dont feel safe letting my dog out. There were boards nailed into my roof even though the roof wasnt being worked on. In the middle of the job there was a storm that caused a leak in my living room because areas were left uncovered and susceptible to weather damage. Work was completed on 10/10 and as of 10/19 there is still unused material in my yard that has yet to be picked up. Overall, not satisfied. Would not recommend.”

Then, after a 3-year-old found the glass by stepping on it and getting it impaled into her foot, you showed that you didn’t care about safety by doing the following: -You let me know that you’d have a crew back out there Monday afternoon to reclean it (we adjusted our schedule and waited, and no one came or called) - I adjust MY schedule again Tuesday and spent half a PTO day doing the cleaning myself (you’d think broken glass would be a priority for you, but it wasn’t). I call in and you have no idea how anything went Monday. - I mention that I found glass at waters edge and I want you guys to handle draining the pool, cleaning it and refilling it. You offer to reimburse for it, but don’t intend to do any of the legwork of finding companies that do that. - I ask for an update on where else your company may have sprayed glass onto my property (is it in my grass just waiting for my wife, kids or dogs to step on?) and have gotten no response back. Again, safety not a priority. Not one time has anyone asked about the little girl whose foot we had to pull glass out of. That’s also callous and insane to me”

They promised to replace the moulding with mesh on the outside of 2 windows. It is marked for them to replace it with mesh, and as of today, no one has come back to do it. I was disappointed with that, and when I called the office, they said it was not in their notes. If they were not going to do that, they should have let me know.”

Everyone told me there would be a bar that would block the view, and that 3 pane windows would be better. I was used to 3 pane windows since that is what I've had, so I tired to change it, but I was told 3 pane windows would be 60% more expensive. I actually like the look of the 2 pane windows and am happy with them. They make the room feel bigger, and they add in more light.”
