The windows were not the color we expected, and when calling about our concerns, the manager we spoke to was very rude. We’ve had to repeatedly have people out to see all the problems we’ve had with all aspects of this install.”
“They use a lot of pressure to get you to sign up. I don't think it's necessary. We had the roof done in 2012. We had new siding in 2018. Now they are saying that I need new siding too. That's a big expense. Roofers don't know anything about siding. He said that there was mold behind our siding. I don't know how anything would have gotten behind the siding because siding is put on from the bottom up, so nothing can get into it. The rainwater goes straight down.”
