Also our person that did the presentation. His name is Ken. He did an amazing job at explaining everything when the team came and installed the windows they were professional, courteous, and work efficiently. Also, when the quality control person came, his name was Chris. He did an amazing job as well explaining what other services he could provide to us overall great experience with power I’ll definitely be coming back to them.”

“The gutter installation was complete on January 9 but the final inspection has not been completed yet. Also, during the additional insulation project the outlet for the front porch was affected and no longer works.”

“Too many attempts at up selling. The original bay window I wanted couldn't it be installed and now I have a very expensive window I don't want and cannot replace. The installation process went very well, almost perfect, but with a few flaws in the actual products. It's one of those things where if I'm paying $1000 per window I expect them to be perfect, and they weren't.”
“Everything is great except for how the windows look on the outside of the house. For the amount of money that we paid the windows should look good inside and OUT. The response to us about this issue was that they are manufactured this way and we should just deal with it is not acceptable.”
“We were quoted one price ( after detailed measurements had been taken and door colors chosen). When the ‘official’ measure came out, the price went up considerably. We felt it was sort of a bait and switch situation. Also, an issue arose with our credit card being charged an extra 3% without our knowledge.”

“Power Home Remodeling disappointed me due to a lack of proper communication and follow-through. We experienced a major issue with the original window installation: the wrong color trim was installed. We ordered almond windows with brown trim, but almond trim was installed instead. Because of a family emergency, I was unable to be present during installation. My husband was focused on ensuring the installation itself was done correctly and did not notice the color discrepancy. Once the job was complete, he sent me photos and I immediately noticed the issue. He contacted customer service, and a correction was scheduled for five days later. We explained that we would be out of town and requested the issue be addressed sooner. After several conversations, we were told the crew would come out on a Saturday, framed as them “volunteering.” We found this response condescending and unnecessary—this was a correction of Power’s mistake, not a favor. Additionally, we reached out to the salesperson, Scott Jeter, three separate times and never received a return call. One of his main sales pitches was that Power would be with us throughout the entire process. That clearly did not extend to addressing problems. Even if the issue was outside his direct responsibility, a simple return call to acknowledge the concern and ensure it was being handled would have gone a long way. Failing to do so was disrespectful and left us feeling undervalued as customers. My expectation was not perfection, but accountability, communication, and basic customer respect. At the very least, we expected to be treated as a valued customer when issues arose.”
