“The schedule changed three times, they ran out of the proper underlayment that was sold to me and used three other left over types from other jobs, I had to fight and argue with the company to get it fixed. I was assured the work would be done by GAF factory trained professionals but it was done by Guatemalan refugees or likely illegals. The good part is they worked hard and efficiently and it was installed properly. The process and supplies they ran out of were unacceptable. Had I not been there supervising the entire job from start to finish, I would never have known I got ripped off. That’s the true take-away from this experience.”

“The experience wasn't what I expected it to be. they stayed too late at night and did not clean up as well. Their installation crew weren't English speakers which made the communication be a bit hard.”

“They still have not completed the job and I still have issues.”
“The guys that installed my windows did not install them right. I have three windows that are not opening, and they are having to replace windows and redo my install. It was not a good experience.”
