“Shingles did not match the existing roof, I was not given an option on selection shingles, I had to come up with the solution of using existing shingles from another part of my roof during their return trip - which I was also charged the exact amount as the original trip - do not look at KTM roofing as an option for any roofing services.”

“Overall, they are a good company, however, it took multiple followups on my behalf with them to fix a botched roof job, on their behalf.”
“I have used them for 20 years. There was whole roof replacement. I have had to call them back about 5 times for repairs and replacements. That does not speak well for a 30 year roof.”

“They forgot to put drip edge on. They didn't order the correct color for the shingles and used the wrong color. They had to come back to bring the correct shingles. They left nails and trash in the yard. They said it would take one day, but it took three days. It also took an extra day to fix the drip edge.”

“I have nothing good to say. On my job at least they showed very little competence. I had a bad roof leak. After three - yes three visits - the roof still leaked. They just did not know how to fix it. After failing to fix the leak, they demanded payment for “workmanship”. Even heard from their lawyer threatening to sue me. Repeat that. They threatened to sue me for failing to pay for their failing to do what they agreed to do. Would not recommend.”

“I've been using KTM Roofing Company for over a decade and appreciate that they never pressured me into getting a roof before I really needed one. Everyone from the office staff to the sales/project manager to the workers themselves have always been friendly and helpful whenever I needed a repair, right up to the time when I did finally get my full replacement roof. Their customer service and follow-up has always been stellar!”
“Workmen appeared to lake professional experience. They damaged my gutters; insulated window covers, existing aluminum strips and the external electrical connector to the electrical pole. I reported these issues to KTM and most of them were addressed. I watched the workmen avoid patching and open space on the side of my roof with wood and covered the open space with what appeared to be aluminum roof covering. When I reported this particular issue to KTM, they sent the same workmen out to correct the problem. They knowingly did not uncover the area that they missed originally and sent a photo to their office as an indication that the problem was resolved. I selected this company because of the entry in the Gwinnet County Top Picks think it was a safe choice. There are shingles today that need to be restapled/nailed. I have not yet contacted KTM. I felt that my voice was not respected in the past.”
