“We have purchased a new roof, had all new siding installed, paint, a deck installed and ordered gutters through them. We paid in full more 5 months ago. We are still dealing with issues. We had the house repainted five times to get everything fixed correctly. We spent more than $65,000, close to $80,000 and not one thing was done correctly. Every single thing has been an issue. It took a long time to get everything done with them. The crew was rushed and overbooked. We were also pressured to pay money early and then they disappeared for five months. We will not recommend them to anyone for anything.”

“A tulip poplar limb fell on our roof during a rain storm and penetrated the roof in 4 places. ARS was out the next morning to tarp the damage. A few weeks later, ARS repaired the holes and was able to match the shingles with old and new materials. Great Job ARS!”

“My request was to be present during the repairs . After being 3 hours late. They called to say they would not be able make it . I left . They came and put 10 shingles on and renailed some of the shingles Shingles -wrong color I had the correct color . This is one of my rental houses . Wasted day for me . Repair cost was over $500 . Previous jobs were always very good . I recommended them to all my friends . Not anymore!!!”
