Great New Roof! Atlanta Roofing Specialists got me on the schedule, brought a great crew, and got the job done in a timely and professional manner. A crew supervisor arrived on the scene (and the field supervisor showed up too as he rotates site visits) ensuring that the high-quality standards were followed. The crew moved fast and worked very well together in a coordinated effort with each member being responsible for a different part of the roofing job. This was a drama free job! I have no complaints, no call backs, and no sleezy shortcuts were taken etc. It would be a mistake to not contact this company for a conversation about your roof and a quote. In addition, I found their pricing to be very competitive. This is an honest company who believes in quality work as part of their value system.!

If you are in need of a roof repair in the Atlanta area, I recommend that you contact Atlanta Roofing Specialists before you reach out to anyone else. I had a roof leak after a heavy rainstorm and reached out to several roofing companies. What I found is that most local roofing companies are simply trying to sell you a new roof rather than a true quality repair. Atlanta Roofing Specialists is genuinely different. Brad spent the time to answer every detailed question I had with patience and expertise, diagnosed the problem correctly, and provided a thorough estimate with a two year workmanship warranty. Haley in the office was wonderful to work with throughout the scheduling and coordination process. When Josh and David arrived to do the repair, they brought the same level of knowledge and professionalism. They completed the repairs thoroughly and with a high level of quality. In a market full of storm chasers and companies pushing roof replacements you do not need, Atlanta Roofing Specialists genuinely spends the time and brings the knowledge and expertise to diagnose what actually needs to be repaired and completes it right. I was referred by a neighbor and I will absolutely be referring them to my friends and family as well.

Atlanta Roofing Specialists came highly recommended by my neighbor, who had recently replaced his roof. After seeing the quality of their work firsthand, I decided to include them in the bidding process, and I'm glad I did. Out of all the quotes we received, theirs was by far the most detailed and transparent, with clear line items that made it easy to understand exactly what was included. Because of their certifications with multiple roofing manufacturers, they were also able to offer us the best combination of material and workmanship warranties. The crew completed the job on schedule, the workmanship looks excellent, and they did a thorough job cleaning up afterward. The entire process was professional from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Atlanta Roofing Specialists to anyone looking for a reliable roofing contractor.

My sales rep, David Bishop, was knowledgeable, personable, and clear throughout the process. The friendly office team kept me updated through text, phone, and email, which made everything smooth and stress‑free. The installation crew was on time, personable, focused, and professional. They treated my property with care, offered genuine compliments, and completed specialty curved sections with top‑tier skill. My gutters look fantastic and function beautifully. Great experience with ARS. I have a flat roof from the 60s and they had been keeping me dry with occasional patches, but I wanted to install solar, so it was time to replace it. ARS put on a layer of insulation (R-16) and the new TPO roof Mark Rutherford did a fantastic job of customizing and communicating changes in the schedule and eventually fit me in early because of a cancellation Great worksmanship and really great staff. Mark Rutherford is fantastic. Recommend them highly.

"I am a repeat customer. Atlanta Roofing Specialists replaced my entire roof in 2018. This project involved a damaged roof from a storm and a leak. They did a great job. This project involved two parts of the company: exterior and interior. With the exterior, they had to come out and fix a hole in my roof and replace the shingles that were damaged by a tree that fell on it. The interior portion of the job was done through their carpentry department. They had to fix the ceiling in the attic as well as my closet, where it had leaked. Both departments did a great job."

"Probably the best contractor of any discipline that I have worked with. I have a 130 year old craftsman house with a complicated roof line. Lots of valleys dumping water onto low pitched porches. That had been a chronic problem way before I bought the house in 1983. After listening to me patiently and spending time looking over the roof, Mark had a solution. That roof lasted 26 years and upon returning, he said we could probably get a couple more years out of it with some repairs if I needed to wait on replacing it. This replacement went like clockwork. The crew arrived as scheduled and surrounded the entire house with tarps to catch every bit of debris. The foreman and I did a through walk through. He kept me informed all through the job. The crew was very accommodating and respectful to my home and me. When they pulled away after the job was done you never would have know anything had happened. The supervisor did his inspection and ran the magnet completely around the house one more time. Mark came by a few days afterwards and did a complete inspection. He showed me pictures and explained how the weaving of the shingles in and around the valleys was perfectly done. I appreciated his compliments to his crew. Lastly, Atlanta Roofing Specialist attach everything with hammers and nails. I have done enough construction and home repair to know this is far superior to pneumatic fasteners on asphalt shingles."

"I have lived in the same home for 34 years and have experienced two new roofs and various repairs for leaks during that time. When I discovered a new leak, I contacted a friend who had tried several times (unsuccessfully) to have leaks repaired until she was referred to Atlanta Roofing Specialists. She was very happy with their work and highly recommended them, so I contacted them...one of the best decisions I ever made! It is difficult to find competent roofing repair as most roofers simply want to sell you a new roof. Atlanta Roofing Specialists sent a seasoned professional out to inspect my roof and provide an on-the spot estimate. He was very thorough and provided photos to clarify the issues which included damaged skylight flashing and caulking around a chimney that had dried and pulled away. (I had used another company to replace the chimney flashing in 2022.) I thought that the estimate I received for the repairs was reasonable and my neighbor, a home builder, agreed. Once I signed the Atlanta Roofing Specialist contract, the work was scheduled and proceeded on schedule. Each time I called or emailed with concerns, I dealt with the same patient, thorough and efficient person. The day of the repair, Juan and Oscar arrived on time and proceeded to work hard for over eight hours. There was some rotten wood at the skylight, but they managed to have some wood delivered and to complete the job in one day. (Also of note, they still "hand nail" which is more difficult and time consuming than nail guns which are now the norm.) After a long, hot day, clean-up around the property was also very thorough. Juan and Oscar were knowledgable, hard working and couldn't have been nicer. They also provided photos of the completed repairs...beautiful work.Since then, Hurricane Helene passed through and I had NO LEAKS! Also, I have to mention that my neighbor, the builder, called me to get Atlanta Roofing Specialists contact info when his son had a leaking roof. Thank you to my entire team at Atlanta Roofing Specialists! Now that I've found you, I will always call you for future roofing issues."

"It was a great experience start to finish. I have a flat roof addition that was leaking where it joined the main house. There was no flashing present - just dried up caulk. Atlanta Roofing Specialists installed flashing and also repaired some small areas in main roof. I plan to use this company to replaced my main roof when the time comes. Excellent attention to me as a customer!"

"Before we had Atlanta roofing specialists put on a new roof/ build a ‘cricket’ around the chimney and place a new chimney cap, Atlanta Roofing Specialists fixed 2 separate roof leaks almost 2 years prior, giving us time to make other repairs on our very old home.
