“The gentleman that I worked with on the project was really good. He was always quick to get back to me and made sure that I was happy; came back a couple of times. I can't remember his name; it's been about a-year-and-a-half or so, two years, so I've forgotten—I think it's Jeff. They redid, re-plastered our pool, redid an existing patio with drains, and added a patio with drains. We had an existing pool—the patio around the pool, the decking—and the original builder of the pool did not put any drains in, so we were having a lot of problems with flooding back there. I would give them an A. In fact, they were actually so good, we are considering doing now a barbecue kitchen, a backyard kitchen, and they're one of the ones we're going to call when it's time. I plan on using them again.”

“Basically, we used Carnahan from time to time when we were travelling. A lot of times, when we were traveling, we would have them clean the pools. They probably did clean the pool and do different things. They probably did clean the filter or replaced it; I think they might have replaced it a year or so ago. We'd used them over a three or four year period when we were travelling a lot. They did a good job. They came and did whatever we needed done. They did a good job. We were totally happy with them. They did a good job on everything we wanted done, but we've never had them do anything extremely complicated, but they did replace our filter, and they came and cleaned our pool and those kinds of things. I'd say they did a good job and they were professional. I would recommend them.”

And they also rerouted part of it when we had a pool installed. We can always get an appointment within a week’s time, over the phone. “They did work for me a couple of years ago. I used them twice. The first time I used them to put some landscaping beds in the front of the house and cut some rock; things like that. They built a retaining wall. They put a garden behind it and a bunch of plants and flowers and things like that. In the back of my house, we had a pool put in, and they came back. By the time the pool company was done digging up the sprinklers and everything else, Carnahan was back sodding the backyard and putting sod all the way down the side. And then I had them back again to put some flower beds in the backyard and move a bunch of plants and small bushes around. There were two separate jobs over a period of about eight months. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They did what they said they were going to do, and they cleaned up when they were done. The only thing I would say is that they're a little bit pricey. Then again, if I needed work done tomorrow, I would probably call them back. I'd give them an A.”
