“He showed up, I explained to him my shower wouldn't drain and I had shop vacuumed it. without even stepping in the shower, he told me there was nothing he could do because the pipe had corroded. Then I got charged the full service fee for the "info". The guy was at my house for a total of 4 minutes and spent more time telling me not to get married because his ex wife was terrible and sold his guitar than anything useful about my drain. I reluctantly wrote a check for the full service fee and literally got no help or advice aside from "rip out your shower and get a new pipe". Unbelievably disappointed.”
