“Good service when you can get it. Even with the service plan it is hard to schedule an appointment. My air conditioner check is scheduled for fall and heater check gets done in the spring. When it is better to do it the other way around. Doesn't seem being part of the service plan gets you priority times and no one reminds you when you need service because they are too busy.”

“The people that came in the morning told me that it would be $1900.00. There was nothing I could do because of the water. I got the bill and saw the $1900, so I called my credit card cancelled it. Horizon didn't charge me the first time because I fought it. They had to come back because of the roots of the tree, and it cost over $15,000. They were rude people and one young man came about 3 pm, and he was a smart alack. He said that I had to keep going with the roots. I couldn't because everything was flooded, but then I had to keep going because of the water. This one gentleman was rude. It was terrible to the point that we belong to a condo, and we sued them. They are terrible. One guy was highly insulting because I didn't talk to him. It was outrageous.”
