I've been using them for probably six years. I've done two houses, and also referred them to another guy who redid his whole house. Referred them to friends. I would grade the overall experience with an A+. Quality of work—everything's been working for three years. The hot water heater is amazing—never runs out of hot water. It's endless, it's wonderful. Customer service—the people who answer the phone need to be rewarded. They were awesome. The scheduler and the people that call are very professional, very helpful, very super; just the kind of people you want to talk with when you're having a problem. Punctuality—they give you the actual time, not a window, and they showed up on time and were great. Cleanliness—cleaned up the entire room and removed the old heater and old air conditioner, and the place was spotless when they left. Expertise—perfect. Haven't broken down in four years. I have recommended them.”

Customer service—whoever was on the phone scheduled my appointment, called the next day to say who was coming, and then the guy called himself.”

“They installed a water softening system for me. And then I was having a lot of issues with it, so they ended up having to come back out and replace the whole unit. I would grade the overall experience with a B-. Quality of work—they did good work, generally speaking, but they had to come back out several times. But they were very responsive. They would still take my calls. Expertise—it took a long time to figure it out.”

Even when I tell them not to, they still do it. It's their policy. So, I really appreciate the fact that they are consistent with their procedures, their policies, and their practices. They did an emergency furnace repair about a year ago. They do my bi-annual inspections. They replaced the furnace and air conditioner, condenser, as well as the water heater. They did the plumbing on a utility sink in my laundry room, as well as re-plumbed my laundry room for a new washer and dryer. They've unplugged a couple of faucets and installed a garbage disposal, and they also installed a dishwasher. I would grade the overall experience with an A+. I keep calling them back over and over. I would call them again. Punctuality—they are always here. They always call ahead, and always make their appointments. I recommend them all the time.”

So, I trust them. They have been very fair and honest, and they know what they are doing. I would grade the overall experience with an A+.”

“They've come out numerous times and each time has been very positive. They've replaced the hot water heater, installed a softener system, did some work with a bathroom drain change out, shower field, and the hall bath. I think each of the workmen have been friendly, clean, and very knowledgeable. It's been great and there's never any surprises. They'll tell you what's going to be happening and about how much it'll be and that's what it is. The first time it was an emergency because we had something get along with our main shut off valve. They had someone here lickety split. That's the first time they had come out. It's not as though we were established customers at that point. I'd give them an A overall. I'd be very likely to recommend them.”

“I bought an air conditioning heating unit about 12 years ago. Just last year, they put in a new water heater. Every six months they come and do their checkups on my system. They're nice and they're clean cut people. They make sure they don't track stuff in. They're careful about working in the house. They're knowledgeable and I think they're fair. Everything went well. They came out on a weekend to put in my water heater. I got the nice discount because I have the maintenance plan. So that was nice. I'd give them an A. I have recommended them before.”

“It was okay. They came to my home to repair a shower handle. They had to come back four or five times for that simple thing. I think paid $4 or $5, something ridiculous. I was just thinking the other day that for the amount of money I paid, I should have received a new shower handle. They just repaired what I had, but they spent several hundred dollars. It wasn't a good experience. The guy was nice. He was very personable. There was nothing against the guy that came. There were two different guys. Both of them were nice and very courteous and all. For the work that they did and the amount that I was charged, I would not use them again. I probably wouldn't recommend them either. The goal of plumbing is to get the job done. Did they fix it? Yes. For the amount I was charge and the fact that they left me with a old handle, I think for the amount I paid I could have had someone come and give me all new hardware. I think that's where they missed the mark. I would probably give them a C- overall. Again, did they fix the problem? Yes. I've had other plumbing work done since then. I had a water heater installed. I had a trash compactor for the kitchen installed. I called them to get a quote and I got four quotes, their quote was the highest. They were quite high for what they were doing and then the fact that they left me with old hardware. I'm not a plumber, which is why I called those guys. I was raised in a time where my dad taught me to do a lot of things. I could've done the job that they did probably. It probably would've taken maybe four times to keep going back to Home Depot to get it right. If I'm calling a professional, I can understand them saying, 'Alright, I'm going to order some stuff and I'll come back and I'll take care of it next time.' Four times? That makes me start to second guess whether you are indeed a professional and you know what you were doing. Does it work and has it been working properly since? Yes. It has worked. The fact that it took them so many times, that's an issue. The two guys who came out were great. They were nice and personable. One of the guys came out and had me sign up for the annual service. I paid for that. Along with that, they said that with the annual service they were going to call me once it was done and come out again and schedule. They were going to go over my HVAC system and make sure everything was okay. They had a whole checklist that they gave me that they were going to do as a part of this annual service that I signed up for. Well, they never called and they never came. The two guys that came out were great. I'm going to say that this was a lack of customer service or follow through on the company's part to really deliver on the annual service that I signed up for. It's been over a year now and it's fine. I paid extra for it and they never came out. Could I have done it? Yes. They took my money. They showed up on time. They were fine. I think they had booties on and they cleaned up afterwards. Maybe if I had those specific guys and they had their own thing. I wouldn't call Carney.”

“They've done a couple of projects for us. They did plumbing. They actually did a pretty big job for us. We had a well pump so they had to replace the whole system for us. It was plumbing trips both times. There aren't a lot of plumbers that do wells in this area. So it was kind of nice that they were able to just send somebody out pretty much the same day and get it taken care of. I would give them an A+.”
