“I had an outstanding experience. The gentleman who came to repair the appliance was simply very professional, very friendly, down to earth, and did an outstanding job. He was replacing something on my sink. He was fixing my ice maker. They're A+ and I would definitely call them again, as well as recommend them to someone.”

“The guy who came was very knowledgeable. He knew how to correct our situation. We actually had water backup in our house. He was very efficient, super nice and he knew what he was doing. That's all I look for in a plumber. He slaughtered a waterline that had burst instead of fixing it with a spigot line to the outside of the house. We had one on the other side so we decided we wanted to cap it, so he capped it for us. I'd give them an A+.”

It was the main water line that comes into the house. They had to replace a certain valve, like a pressure valve or something. I'd give them an A+.”

I needed to fix another issue that was not really related to that problem, in order to solve my whole problem. I fixed that. I'm fine. There was a shower handle that was broken. They replaced it and replaced the main valve in the basement. I'd give them an A+. The guy took the time to walk me through. I could have told him to just fix that and then he told me, 'If I fix this one, you're going to call back tomorrow for the same issu.' It was a pressure issue, been doing the same thing. I think it saved me some money also. I have not had any issues. He took care of the issue that I was planning on doing in the future, not knowing that that was the main cause of the problem. Cleanliness was perfect. Punctuality depends upon the queue of the call, so he has no control over that.”
