“Using scare tactics on customers in a high stress decision is never a good idea. Then pushing me to do a $10,000 job that want even necessary is absolutely unacceptable. Good thing I declined and went with a $3000 job. Unfortunately I got a second assessment and turns out that work wasn't necessary and extremely overpriced by $2000. As for the roots in our sewer line. A $20 chemical powder once a year and we haven't had a problem since.”

“Their response time is great, but the service contract doesn't give you enough. They come and they check the system; next thing you know, half of the system is leaking. The price is out of control. I'm paying for a service contract. They said it should be discounted. I don't think it should be discounted. They're marking up parts and labor. It's steep. As to response time for my situation, they're there right away, as soon as I'm there. I don't agree with their pricing. They charged us monthly. At most, they give you a flat rate of $150. They mark up the parts and overcharge for the service. I think they mark up the parts and charge up the service. I'm paying for a service contract that's monthly.”
