“I was dissatisfied with the company. The technician spent an hour or so, then had to go out to his truck to talk to his boss about four times. He asked how much I was looking to spend. He gave me three estimates, and each one was higher than the last. This job should have been no more than $300.00 per, searching around and getting estimates from other companies. His last quote was around $1400.00. I am a senior citizen and when he came in from talking to his boss, he suggested going into my pension plan and take money out or write a post dated check and have it paid over time. It was just adding insult to injury.”

“I would not recommend Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Drains to any of my friends or family, or to anyone I know, due to the fact that they didn't give me a proper plumbing inspection as I had stated to the plumber. When I requested the plumber to come back out and provide me with a proper inspection so that I could submit the estimate to the homeowner's insurance, they cancelled my appointment without any prior notice. They cancelled within the hour. I was waiting for them for two to three hours. They never even bothered to call me to let me know they cancelled the appointment. It was only when I called them that I actually found out that management had denied the appointment and refused to send their plumber to provide me with a proper inspection.”
