“They texted me before they arrived w/ the name of the plumber. They arrived on time every time. They were courteous, skilled at their jobs, respectful, fixed my disastrous plumbing in record time n made NO negative comments at all. They never complained about anything. They apologized for the mess the previous plumber made which was over n above anything they had to do. They were all absolutely amazing. I will only use Maynard Man in the future n tell everyone what an excellent job they did. Their plumbing supervisor came out n worked also. Promote him! He has the best team of plumbing staff on the planet!! They were Perfection n their price was great!! Oh n Jada is a delight to talk to n schedule work with. Thank u!!”

“Donnie said our compressor needed replaced and that we needed 8 pounds of Freon. Then, he kept pitching a whole new system to us. First quote was $2,200 to replace compressor. The hvac system is 2 years old! Why would we replace it? He's the same tech that fixed our capacitor over the summer, makes me think that wasn't even needed! Got a2nd opinion from another hvac company, said compressor is working perfectly fine and that it was the condenser fan motor, cost us $275 to replace and the heat is back on and working just fine. I know people make mistakes, but that's a BIG mistake to make, and then when we ask him to call the company that installed our unit to schedule a meeting with their manager to come inspect the unit to see if maybe it's a bad unit, he gives us attitude and says "they ain't gonna give you a new one, that's why I told you to just get a whole new unit", and he never called to schedule that meeting! And that makes us think he didn't want to schedule it because the manager would have come out here and noticed it's not the compressor. Just seems like shady business and that really upsets us.”

“2.5 year old water heater issue Maynard said I need a new one for $6000 Lee company fixed the very minor issue for $79. Not good Maynard man!!!”

“Their installation was very expensive and never worked properly for more than 4-6 months. And when the unit stopped working, they sent people out to repair it (AND I WAS CHARGED). Then finally sent someone who was supposed to be an expert. He never diagnosed the unit from unit to blowers - thus never fixed it. I finally hired another company to come out and fix what they had messed up on installation. That company told me I should have made them fix it. But I didn't wasn't Maynard to lie to me again. I have bad mouthed Maynard since. Thank you for asking. ”
