“The individuals were very professional and addressed the issue. They were very thorough with checking, to the point where they found what they had fixed, upon further inspection, would eventually cause new breaks in the same pipe or along the water line, with regard to fixing the initial problem. They addressed all the issues and did enough thorough testing that would fit to the level of not only my satisfaction, but give me the assurance I would not experience any further breaks on the pipe once they finished the job.”

“Santhoff Plumbing was exceptional getting 75ft. of 60 year old sewer line repaired. Since I had used them for years before I bought the house, I used them for my plumbing pre-sale inspection. Other than weather delays, they were timely, efficient and economical. Interestingly, Santhoff had serviced this home for many years also. So they had records of maintainace, which was helpful. I will alwsys use them. I trust what they say.”

“We worked with Santhoff Plumbing Co for about 15 years from our water tank replacements to all our toilet seat upgrades -needless to say all sink issues, etc. After last call on one of our sink’s drainage issue, which took 15 min but cost hundreds of dollar as the company charges certain fixed amount for the first hour, I sent a feedback email and invited the owner/manager to re-visit their first hour charge for such small issues - no one bother to reply in any way. And second time, it was an email suggesting to check our drainage service preventively (i dont even know for a cost or not), I liked the idea and called in. I regret that I don’t remember the “manager” name but he was absolutely the least professional individual and just cut me off by saying I don't need it if I don't have currently clogged sink. So rude and so careless. Even though I really enjoyed their earlier services and the individuals whom work for the company, I decided to stop calling them -at least until I forget (if ever) their customer treatment.”
