“I can highly recommend Strand Brothers. We recently had an issue with our unit, due to the overly high temps lately. It was a Sunday, and thank goodness that we were signed up for Platinum service. Made the call at or about 2:20 and a technician was here at 4:55. That says it all!!! We have used Strand Brothers since 2010, when they replaced our 2 units. They have not missed a beat since then. We get semi-annual check ups on our units and it all works so very well. Thank you, Strand Brothers!!!”

“I no longer have the HVAC system Strand Brothers serviced. I had it replaced by another local company, who's estimate for a new system was much lower than Strand's was. In the end, it was not worth the time and effort to have Strand service the old unit. That probably could have been communicated to me more clearly.”

“I have a heating / AC maintenance contract with Strand Bros. Over Christmas, we had a bathroom ceiling cave in due to water in the attic. I knew Strand Bros. had a separate plumbing division, so I called the maintenance group to get info, as I was having trouble getting a hold of a plumber over the holidays. Rather than giving me another number to call, they handled the transfer and dispatched a plumber, who was at the house within hours. That gentleman was fantastic. He identified the problem quickly, communicated every step he would take, went to the hardware store to find the parts he needed and had the plumbing fixed that same day.”
“Because of a major home renovation that has taken over a year, we have not had Strand Brothers perform maintenance on the HVAC system for at least 18 months. But we had a good experience with your company earlier.”

“Strand Brothers comes out regularly to maintain our HVAC; however, we still wind up having problems when the weather changes.”
“One of their techs came a year ago, and we asked him to put vinegar or bleach down the condensation tube. He didn't do it. We think he lied. It's no big deal, we can do it ourselves, but he led us to believe he did it when I'm sure he did not.”
