The last time, a woman who works in the office rode along with the fellows so the office would know what was happening and make sure everything was OK. They ended up not really doing anything for me because it was something with my sprinkler system; it was a problem with the county water. They have put new faucets in for me and taken a squirrel out of my hot water heater. They have done some interesting things for me.”

“I was very pleased. I had a plugged-up water line that went out to the street, and they had a machine that could go into the pipe and take a picture. They said there was some kind of metal blocking; it turned out that the original cast iron piping, which was put into this house when it was built, was still there. It's about 110 feet from the meter to the house, but the company that did it for my husband only did about 30 feet out from the house to the street—they didn't take up the entire iron pipe. Sundial gave me an estimate and told me how much it would be. They were good as their word, and they did a good job. I was very pleased with them. The original owner's daughter is now following in his footsteps; I was very impressed with that. I would give them an A—they're excellent.”

The fee that I paid that day applied to the total repair charge, and the cost was within line with what they had estimated it would be. I had called them before years ago because someone told me I needed a valve replaced from my dishwasher to my sink—I called them, and they came out there and said, 'No ma'am. That is not the case.' They did not charge me anything. If they were untrustworthy, they could have replaced it, charged me, and been on their merry way, but they told me; they said that it did not not need to be done. They didn't even charge me anything for coming out and looking at it. I heard about them because somebody at church had recommended them—they also found Sundial very nice and very reliable. I'd give them an A+, certainly.”
