“Y'all had to come back 3 times for same leak ”
“The guys that installed my HVAC didn't turn my water heater back on. Didn't know until I had to take a cold shower the next morning and had to take more time off work for the plumber to come. When I had the water heater replaced a couple of months later, something messed up the brand new HVAC and I had no A/C for about 24 hours. Two installs and two mistakes.”

“Dehumidifiers were improperly installed but stayed connected until warranty period expired.”
“Twice now I've been told there's something wrong with my a/c.y'all did a second opinion. I was told nothing was wrong. When they came this year again I was told same thing something was wrong. This time I hired a different company to check out my a/c,. This company said nothing was wrong. I'm very disappointed with because I've trust you and even recommended your Co. to my friends. Shame on you for being dishonest!”
“Estes plumbing was a 3. They came out right away to see what I needed to have done. Said they would have order a part. Called the plumber after two weeks and he said he would make sure the part had been ordered. Two more, another call by me and he apologized and said my work order had 'fallen through the cracks'. Two weeks later, they came out, did the work. They were pleasant, efficient and clean. Went to use the new outside faucet and the water power was extremely low. Called the Estes plumber and he said he would stop by the check it out and try to fix it. That was Two weeks ago, haven't seen him yet. So for the job they did, a 4, reduced to 3 because of low pressure, reduced to a 2 because of all the delays etc”
