I highly recommend Carlos and Que for AC installation. From start to finish, they demonstrated outstanding workmanship. They were incredibly respectful and courteous throughout the morning. Their attention to detail to secure the work area to protect surrounding furniture was also impressive. Professional, clean, and top-tier service.

From the very beginning, April was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me. She took the time to listen carefully, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I understood all of my options without ever making me feel rushed. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, communicate clearly, and follow through on everything she promised. In a time when exceptional customer service can be difficult to find, April truly stands out. I called Estes to schedule my yearly AC unit inspection. The operator offered to send someone the next day due to another customer’s cancellation. I declined and chose a date later in the week. As soon as I hung up the phone, we noticed that the unit stopped cooling. I immediately called Estes back to see if the time slot was still available and thankfully it was. After surviving the night with a box fan and open windows, I got the call from the technician to say that she was at the front gate. Cris went straight to work to diagnose the problem. After checking everything inside our condo, she went outside and discovered that a lizard had crawled on a contactor and met its demise. As a result, it fried the part. Cris showed us a picture and explained in detail how it all worked. We were impressed with her knowledge and excitement for what she was doing. Cris replaced the contactor, capacitor, and added insulation on the suction line. She did an exceptional job of taking care of our unit and providing us with tips on how to keep it working efficiently. I recommend Estes for all of your AC needs and I highly recommend that you request Cris Cleveland. She’s the GOAT!

I have used Estes for nearly the entire time I have been in my home. I used their services when they were only servicing heating & air. They were great so I eventually added plumbing and electrical support as they added these services. I even connected my parents to their services. Estes has been great for the support of my home from servicing, repairing and replacing air units (over 10 years), replacing a water heater, now helping me through an power crisis. Chase W. is one of their electricians and he worked diligently to diagnose and put forth a plan to get my power back to normal and safely. He stayed to assist in calling my power company and came back later to assist in the homeowner side of fixes as the power company did their side. Chase was Great. Things resolved in hours and not days. Again, Chase is great, but I've come to expect this level of attention, communication and care. I hope this is helpful. I only share reviews for experiences on extreme ends of satisfaction or disappointment. I've only had superb experience with Estes.

They say that the proof of the pudding is in the eating. I’ve heard from many sources that Estes Services was a very good company to use for your HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical needs. And today both Jared & Bryon replacing my entire HVAC system. They were professional and very knowledgeable technicians and did a great job in my installation. The sales agent Jacob Thomas was fare and honest with his estimate as well. I am pleased to have sampled Estes Services and yes, they are as good as the reviews claim or should I say eating! (¬‿¬)
